Nothing fancy, but a decent hotel for an overnight stay. I appreciated the self check-in/out machine, which saved a lot of time and made the process quick and easy. The room was compact but equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a convenient option for a short stay.

The hotel was clean and the people at the front desk were kind, but there weren't any seats to sit down for breakfast, so when I took it back to my room and tried to eat it, the lady in charge of breakfast told me to use this plate instead of the take-out pack. I was asked to use the tableware in a sullen manner. It would have been great if it wasn't there. It was a bit disappointing.

I used it for work. My room was on the 5th floor, but the bathroom smelled like sewage and was disgusting.

Check-in and check-out were done using a machine installed next to the front desk, and payments were made electronically, so it was smooth.The entire building is non-smoking, which is good for people who don't like smoking.It may be a little inconvenient for smokers, but there is a smoking area in the parking lot.Amenities and other amenities are placed near the front desk, so please bring your own.Breakfast includes rice and bread, and there aren't many side dishes, but it's free and I think it's better than throwing it away.It's a little farther from the station and a little more expensive than the nearby Toyoko Inn, but it's a relatively new building and clean.The walls are not thin, so you won't hear any noise from the next room.Personally, I recommend this Toyoko Inn since it's only a short distance away.

Due to my own mistake, I forgot to make a reservation for one night.I didn't check out on the day I was supposed to check out, and left my luggage scattered all over the room.Specifically, I called the company and told them I hadn't checked out and was told they would pack up my stuff and let me out of the room.I hurried back from work to the hotel, apologized, and collected my luggage.I saw my luggage scattered on the cart, and my clothes weren't even in the luggage bag.I was so embarrassed that I had to quickly pack my things and leave.I'm a loyal customer and I'm really embarrassed to have caused such trouble.Thank you to the hotel for educating their guests in this way.Unfortunately I can't give a 6 star review so I gave it 1 star.The best and number one business hotel in Chigasaki
