I stayed 7 days at Cove, just got a discount price. the rooms are clean and quiet, the atmosphere is like a hotel with minimalist services because it is a boarding house model.

Very Bad Experience! Bad Service!I booked this hotel via Traveloka and there was a special request to check in at 23 because I knew the max check in was at 22. They couldn't accept me coming in while the officers were inside! What kind of service is this?!! I was left waiting for confirmation from Traveloka 3x60 minutes to ask to move hotels because there was no good communication between the hotel and Traveloka!! Meanwhile it's already 23 o'clock and I need to rest immediately! Finally I booked another accommodation nearby.If you don't intend to open on Traveloka, don't enter Traveloka! The hotel telephone number on Traveloka also cannot be contacted!! What kind of accommodation is this?!?!

This place is the worst ever.Lights out at 3AM. No AC. No electricity. And only at my room. No one's at the front desk. I assume they are outside the house smoking, so I grab my access card, but no one was there. And the worst part is the access card is suddenly not working, and I got locked.So basically, no service at all if you stay here. I know it's affordable, but I wouldn't stay here.

bad experience, first time I wanted to check in here because I saw the place was new and in the photos it looked comfortable. Order on the ag*** application when you order there are still 3 rooms (directly paid) but without any confirmation, the order is canceled with the statement 'rooms not available/sold out'even though if we've paid, that means we get the room anyway. I don't know if orders are not open yet or what, but if the name is listed on the application, it should be ready.What makes me even more annoyed is that the money can't be refunded or not (because this hotel doesn't have money back insurance) so now it's still being processed from the application even though my money hasn't been returned
