First time hotel without anyone to greet us, even to open the door using code that sent via email, and check in via video call :D.First you have to read all the rules, because no one can help you without reservation. To change towel you have to request via google form.Anyway we stay for night, the bath tub is very small, it's for baby.Toilet and shower are separated which is very nice, there is refrigerator and electric stove, the space is spacious so you can open large luggege in the room.Near hotel there are kombini like family mart, 7-11, for moslem if you lucky you can meet the cashier and ask for halal/haram the food. The hotel near dotonburi, where there are some halal restaurant near. There are also drug store nearby. So this is nice place to stay the internet speed is fast you can upload youtube vide :)

First of all, this is an unmanned hotel. Check-in only requires a video tablet at the counter.Like most of the comments, the situation is that the dialogue function is only in English. If you have no English listening skills, you may be very nervous, but the process is actually to ask you to point the passport of the staying passenger at the camera for him to take a photo, and then take a photo of himself. After finishing, he will ask you to read the housing regulations, and then he will provide the room number and password.Let’s talk about the hardware facilities of the room first. It basically looks like a suite. In addition to a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle, there is also a small kitchen that provides induction cookers, pots, dishes, and tableware. In addition, there are There is a washing machine and laundry detergent provided. The overall facilities are very complete and the space is sufficient. This is the horror story I encountered. On the first day of check-in, there were several aunties on the check-in floor on the first floor. They were sitting on the floor with bare feet and slippers. There was even an uncle who looked like a homeless man sleeping directly on the floor. , Frankly speaking, I was shocked by the scene. I originally thought they were simply waiting for check-in at 4 o'clock, but it was not until people started checking in that I realized that was not the case. As soon as the previous group of Korean guests checked in, an aunt suddenly asked to go into their room to use the bathroom. All kinds of strange thoughts began to appear in my mind. It wasn't until I checked in that I suddenly realized something. The thing is, after you complete the passport scanning related actions, your tablet screen will directly display the room number and password. If someone is interested, they can easily know your room and password later, so our first day I felt really uneasy when I went out, fearing that when I came back I would find that my room had been invaded. Although it was just a false alarm, I also experienced the risks of an unmanned hotel.

I often see young ladies coming out of the dorm with old men around me... so the location seems a bit bad.The accommodation itself is perfect. The space is spacious, unlike a Japanese hotel, and it's close to Dotonbori Kuromon Market.

The location was good as it was close to Dotonbori, and the rooms were better than almost all the places I stayed in Japan.

Overall it's pretty good. The location is very convenient. You can reach Dotonbori and Kuromon Market within a 5-minute walk. It's a short walk from a supermarket, and the nearest 7-11 is a 3-minute walk away. There is no cleaning service, but bath towels and towels can be changed every day. You need to fill out the Google form in the morning (QR code is posted in the elevator). There is only one elevator in the whole building. When you check out in the morning (around 10 o'clock), you have to wait for a long time. As a result, those on the lower floors go up first, leaving those on the higher floors unable to sit. So if you don't want to check out that day, it is highly recommended. Avoid going out at this time. The double bed is actually on the small side and would be a bit crowded for two people. The sofa bed is very soft and not easy to sleep on. The water pressure in the shower head is strong enough (7th floor), but the water filling speed for bathing is very slow, so you need to start filling the water early. The day before check-in, it is best to confirm whether you have received a letter from the hotel, including the password for the gate and the 8-digit code for check-in. If not, just ask on the official website as soon as possible. The reply is very fast. Check-in is self-service using the tablets on the first floor (2 tablets in total). You need to use English video and show your passport. When checking out, just put the check-out magnet on the outside of the door.(Note: Check-out time is 10:00 am)There is a vending machine on the first floor, the price is not high, a bottle of mineral water is ¥100. There is also a luggage storage area on the first floor. You can lock your luggage before and after check-in. You don't need to find a locker, just keep the key.

advantage:1. The location is very convenient to Dotonbori and Kuromon Market.2. The water pressure in the shower head is very strong.3. The room is quite large and can sleep five people if necessary, with 2 double beds + 1 sofa bed.4. Contact customer service via email and the reply will be quick.shortcoming:1. The room will not be cleaned during the stay (8 nights), and a large bottle of mineral water will only be provided on the first night.2. There is no washing machine in the room. You have to go to the coin-operated laundry (300) and drying (100) on the first floor. You have to waste time handling the clothes and they will not dry.3. You can register online to change large bath towels every day, but towels cannot be changed.4. The TV can be wall-mounted instead, with a better angle so that multiple people can watch it together.
