I read good reviews and booked this hotel. In fact, there was only one plus - the location. Since there is a coffee shop with real coffee downstairs (which is rare in Bangkok), there is also a 7 Eleven store nearby, which is open 24 hours, and there is also a boat stop five minutes away (by the way, I recommend hop on, hop off), you can start exploring the sights right in the morning. And also all the walking streets and street food are nearby. It was pretty quiet by the way.The room itself has no TV, the shower room is large, but it hasn’t been renovated for a hundred years, it’s a bit dirty. Nobody cleaned anything for us the whole time. But what angers me most of all is the price of $30 per night (this is like a discount, so they generally want $50, so for $50 you can even rent a 4* hotel), then I just Googled nearby hotels that are much better and cheaper! Conclusion: price/quality ratio - does not correspond

After making three bad choices for a cheap room in the area, I finally came here, and I am honestly really happy that I did. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, which is a lot more than what I could say for similarly priced locations in the area. The cleaning staff have been exceedingly polite and helpful, and it is located on a rather chill street compared to Khao San or the immediate surrounding areas. To address some downsides:- You get a whatsapp message upon booking, which may not be expected for some American tourists. It contains the code to enter the building, but the cleaning staff tend to be around and let confused people in (such as myself) and help walk through the process.- There is indeed construction on the site next store, but....not really their issue is it? I personally am right next to it and it really isn't that loud to me at all.I definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Looks great, but it's too noisy. There's construction across the way which makes relaxing impossible. It's next to a busy road. The doors in the building have no padding so people are slamming doors at all hours, waking us up constantly.

A nice place to stay. The bathroom is very spacious and luxurious, the rooms are more ordinary but still nice. Can definitely recommend it, one downside is there wasn't any balcony in my room which would've made the difference.

A very pleasant hotel experience.First of all: great location. A huge number of attractions are literally within walking distance, for example, Khaosan Street begins in the next alley, but you can’t hear any noise from it at all. There is a boat pier 20 meters from the hotel where you can buy a ticket for a tourist boat for just 30 baht and get to Wat Arun or the Royal Palace.Chinatown is 3 kilometers away, and particularly adventurous travelers can even walk. There are several very tasty cafes nearby, and 7-eleven is right in the next building. The rooms are very small, but very clean, the air conditioning is quiet, there are no problems with hot water. The hotel operates on a self-check-in systemThere is a laundry service, but I don’t know if I need to pay separately, since I didn’t use it.I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again if I ever visit again

Excellent hotel, located near the boat station, check-in is on your own, and check-out is also possible, for two days before departure, an excellent option for your money.
