All in all okay considering the price. The service, on the other hand, is a 10 out of 10. The receptionist destroyed a huge monster spider around 9 p.m.

The room is great! Our room was on the third floor overlooking the sea as stated on the web. The facilities was ok for hostel. No en suite but the shared bathroom was fine. Amenities were great as well. The town itself is a bit sleepy but the residents were friendly.The staff, however, need to be fired. Unless I guess that woman was one of the owners. Her attitude towards us made me felt like I was begging for room and board in exchange of labor. If there was no expectation whatsoever I might have let this slide, but they advertised this place as a "community" and "local tourism" with lots of activities available. Nope. Nothing. Even when we asked where to eat she just give a a name of the place that don't open for dinner unless we called a few days in advance. But also it was closed that week anyway due to a group reservation. Which, fine. Mostly our stay was peaceful because the staffs are next to none existent and we could do whatever we want. Seeing noding really when we came back was mood-souring enough.The building itself was lovely, the staff made me decided never to go back there again. Maybe a day trip to visit the fantastic Kakikori place and the little curiosity shop obasan. But will never stay there again.

The good:The place is really lovely. We had the whole place to ourselves as there were no other guests. One of the rooms faces the windows and its really hard to sleep.The shower facilities is downstairs. So it was a hassle. The slippers provided are only for the bedroom. No slippers for the bathroom/shower. Wouldnt mind if there's shower facilities at the second floor but they added toilets there instead.There is no water for drinking except at the other place which you'll have to walk out, about 30m away.The reception and the rooms are at different buildings. Should have told us not to unload the luggage first as we had to drag 8 luggages over to the other side and there is no lift. We had old folks who cannot walk well. So it is not wheelchair friendly.Sound proofing isnt good but its not a problem for us as there were no other guests.Overall, i really love the place but they need to improve some of the things. Pity!

Rooms doesn't come with showering, have to climb down the stairs to common bath. Not suitable for old folks. It's a great place, kitchen is fully equipped! Room and facilities are great.

Please note that this is not a hotel.The room was very clean and I loved it! Both the bath and toilet are very clean. It's a comfortable place and close to the sea.

Quiet country atmosphere.The sea stretches out right in front of the accommodation, and the village is small enough to be covered in 20 to 30 minutes by bike.You can ride a bicycle at your convenience at the accommodation.However, since it is located far from Nagasaki City, transportation is difficult...
