The hotel is very beautiful. It's a large facility, so it's best to carefully consider which area you'll choose a hotel in. Although we were traveling with children, all of the activities were truly enjoyable. In particular, it seems that the sea bathing and buggy experience left a lasting impression on them. It was very hot while waiting for the buggy experience, so I think they should install not only a tent but also a large electric fan and mist. For the safety of not only the children, but also the staff, please do so! The staff at the buggy experience was the kindest of all the staff at this hotel. I want to use it again.

Worst service staff l've ever encountered in Japan(no intention to help, cold tone, refuse to take any responsibility), very bad planning resort, leaving their customers to no choice of dinner on an isolated island in the rain. (Despite advertising multiple restaurants and guaranteed fun and relaxation, during check in, the staff said ALL are unavailable. Eating instant noodle for a by right birthday celebration.)No shelter. We arrived in the rain, no matter where we go, there’s no shelter and no clear signboard about the direction for facilities. We’re all soaked. Inconvenient. Hard to drag your luggage on the wood plank walkway, keep getting stuck in the gap, and there’s dog poops on the walkway. The so called sea view is basically staring at industrial site with a huge orange crane. The "hotel room" is like a huge container block, any tiny sound is enlarged and loud in the whole block. This is the first time I feel like checking out during checking in. When we tried to contact front desk about checking out, the first thing they talked about was we MUST pay for the second night no matter what, we didn’t even mention about not paying in the first place. When we asked to talk to manager, we got shut off, manager refused to communicate, and they said no matter who’s talking, WE MUST PAY.We tried to contact their hotel management after coming back, as expected, we didn’t get any reply from them.Refused communication. No care for their customers.

When the weather is bad, the only things to do are the pool and comic books, but both are small so it's hard to find space. The facility itself is difficult to understand, but the announcements are not good. There are three front desks, and I was rotated from check-in to reception.I didn't know where the free cafe was, so I couldn't use it.
