I used it with my wife and 6 month old child. Meals in the room and a room with an open-air bath were the deciding factors for my reservation. They also prepared meals, toys, and diapers for the children. The food was very delicious, and I was very satisfied with the baths and other services. The hostess, the person in charge of the room, and other staff members were polite and had nice smiles that made me feel comfortable. This is an inn that I would definitely recommend to people with children.thank you very much.

I used it with my family 😊 We arrived earlier than planned, but they welcomed us warmly ❗️ Also, the proprietress and other staff members were all very nice people 😄 They were also very nice to the children. I was very pleased with how politely I was treated 😊Furthermore, the food and hot springs were amazing ❗️ I had such a happy time that I didn't want to go home 💞All of the dishes were delicious ❗️ It looked delicious, delicious and full 😋 And my skin was smooth 🩷 It was amazing 👍I had made a reservation for check-in at 16:00, but my eldest son (a high school student) had to attend elsewhere due to business, so we didn't arrive at the hotel until around 11:00 p.m., but the board manager told me that my eldest son (a high school student) had to check in at around 11:00 p.m. They changed the menu to a cooked one, put it in a box, and prepared it for me❗️Since it was already late, I had given up on having dinner...but the front desk answered by phone. He consulted with the board manager...and he treated me very well even before I stayed there😊On the way home, we took a family photo and even a two-shot of the couple, which was a great memory 😊 If I ever go to Saga again, I would definitely use it again 😊Also, my eldest son said he wanted to bring his grandparents ❗️ 😊 I hope we can make that happen 😊 This is a highly recommended inn 😊

From the moment I entered the inn, everyone greeted me cheerfully, and I felt the atmosphere of the inn was good. However, there were some staff members who were close to me (contact), and the male staff member who showed me to the room told me that he was with me when I was showing him the open-air bath in the guest room, saying it was a Karasu no Gyosui restaurant. I was asked to come in with a group of people, and when I saw a souvenir for a local that I had bought at an inn, I said to myself, ``I've never eaten this before, so why don't I open it here?'' I often found it difficult to react because he would say this while laughing out loud. The rooms were clean except for the tiled toilets, and the hot springs were nice.I felt very disappointed because the inn was clean and had a good atmosphere at first.

This time, to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, I searched for many accommodations and decided on this one, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything was perfect and I am completely satisfied.First of all, the customer service of all the staff was really wonderful. Everyone was very kind and I felt a warm welcome. They kindly helped me take photos, and I was able to leave a lot of wonderful memories with them, such as taking photos, putting them in a frame, and giving them to me on the way home. The room was also very clean and well maintained down to the last detail. It was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The interior was also tasteful and the space was perfect for a special day.The food exceeded my expectations, and the Saga beef sukiyaki was especially memorable. The Saga beef sukiyaki was so delicious it melted in your mouth. Ureshino tea was also highly fragrant and could be enjoyed with meals. The breakfast boiled tofu was also very delicious. They also kindly accommodated our request for a chocolate cake to celebrate our birthday. What's more, they even prepared ice packs for me when I took it home, and I was very impressed with their thoughtfulness. The bathroom was clean and I was able to relax while enjoying the outside scenery. I was able to spend a luxurious time that healed my mind and body. From the first time we were greeted when we arrived at the inn to the time we saw us off when we left, everything was done with great care and consideration. Anyway, all the staff were wonderful from beginning to end, and thanks to you I was able to have a great time. I am really glad that I stayed at this inn. It is also a place that you will definitely want to visit on your special day. thank you very much.

I was looking for an Ureshino Onsen ryokan where you can eat in your room, and I made a reservation here!Although it is an old inn, it has a good atmosphere and the staff's hospitality is very good.(The room)I booked a renovated room with a semi-open-air bath, and while it had a nice Showa feel to it, it was clean and well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay!(bath, hot spring)The washing area in the family bath (private bath) is large, but it's probably barely enough for two adults. That's what it feels like. The large public bath (indoor bath) was spacious and there weren't many people, so you could take your time soaking in the hot springs. It was difficult to control the hot water in the semi-open-air bath in the room, but it turned out to be the best morning bath!My skin is smooth the next day🫢(meal)Since it was my first time, I chose the Japanese kaiseki meal of Saga beef, which was the most expensive. Each item was carefully made and delicious. I'm a big eater, but the food came out one after another and I couldn't finish it all!Everything for breakfast, from miso soup to tofu, was delicious and very satisfying.Visit date 2023/10
