It was more than I expected. The cuisine is French, using plenty of local fresh fish. A must-see for seafood lovers. The presentation was beautiful and my eyes and stomach were more than satisfied. The tableware in the rooms and restaurant is made of Arita-yaki Aohana, which gives a sense of good taste.Above all, the personality of the chef and his wife is amazing! This is an inn that you will want to visit again and again, where you can feel the kindness of these two people in the rooms and the food.

This is a special place. We are welcomed by the wife, who is a combination of modesty, politeness, and kindness, and head to a room filled with the scent of wood. The herbal tea that comes as a welcome drink increases your hunger and anticipation for dinner, and makes you want to take your time and look at the trees in front of you. Being close to the sea, you can enjoy an abundance of seafood. You can enjoy fish, abalone, lobster and all of them in French style. The volume is sufficient. Although many people may feel this is too much, I feel the warm spirit of hospitality. You can choose from a wide selection of wine, sake, and craft beer.Moving inside the room, it is a peaceful space for adults to spend time in a quiet forest away from the city. The scent of the wood inside the room seems to harmonize with the forest outside. The beds and other facilities are well-equipped with books and magazines that I feel are of good quality. It also has acoustics, making it suitable for listening to jazz and classical music.Children will have plenty of fun in the spacious space. If you bring card games or free books, you can spend meaningful time with your family. After a good night's sleep, another hearty breakfast awaits. Freshly baked apple and cinnamon bread makes me feel happy, and a hearty breakfast is very satisfying. Ise lobster soup and grilled fish are luxurious in the morning.

This restaurant is located on an island called Terashima, which is located between two islands called Oshima in the sea on the west side of the mainland of Nagasaki Prefecture. You can stay overnight there, so it's called an auberge.Of course I can't take the train, so I'll go there by car.I made a reservation to stay overnight on a Saturday night. The exterior is cute and looks like a lodge in the forest.Approximately three buildings where you can stay overnight have been confirmed. When you arrive, you will be taken to your room and given some herbal tea. Then go to a restaurant and eat.The room is quite old, but it's lodge-style, so I think they've managed to hide it well.It was about 30,000 yen per person, including accommodation, breakfast and dinner, and drinks, so the price was reasonable. The evening course includes 10 dishes and a dessert.Although it has a French taste, local seafood is generously served, so the dishes continue to make use of ingredients that are outside the framework of French cuisine.I was especially surprised at how huge the spiny lobster was.The four of us will enjoy a luxurious portion of it.The meat was plump and delicious. The main meat is Misuji from multi-parous cows. It's moist because it's cooked at a low temperature, and then it's roasted over wood, so it has a nice aroma. But I still have a strong impression of seafood. The fish was also delicious.Aqua pazza comes out, but I understand that you want to eat lots of delicious parts that are close to the bone.Opinions seem to be divided about the ones that are a bit difficult to eat.I'm not that bad though. The dessert Basque cheesecake was delicious. The chef and madam were also nice people. After eating, you can go to the building next door and sleep.
