Very nice hotel with a lobby inspired by Star Wars, which is cool. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are high-quality. The hotel is located close to a long-distance bus stop, with one route going to the airport, as well as a nearby tram stop. Definitely recommend this place for long and short stays.

The location was right next to the station and convenient for going anywhere. I thought it would be a hassle to go to the check-in center, but it was right in front of the hotel. When I tried to check in, I discovered that I had mistakenly made a reservation for the same day a month in advance (><) Camping out with my family? ! I was in a hurry, but the staff was very kind and immediately checked for availability and rebooked me on the spot! I'm really grateful for your efforts to keep the price down (´∀`)The room was new, clean, well-cleaned, and comfortable. There were enough cups and plates for 5 people, which was enough for my family of 4 people. It was convenient that there were gargle cups for 5 people in the bathroom.I checked in at 10pm as I was staying the night before in preparation for my schedule starting tomorrow, but even though it was late, they were courteous and helpful, and they helped me recover from any mistakes I made. They were the best staff! !

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks. The 1 bedroom apartment was just the right size and had a kitchen and bathroom. The reception had this middle aged employee who on several occasions we asked about the nearest larger parking or coin telephone but he always answered I don't know. Surely those were common questions. The rest of the staff was on point. The reception also doesn't have a phone we could've used to call landline to confirm attraction bookings as this is sometimes required. We would gladly book it again in future because the price was very attractive given our long stay.

The room smells quite dirty. There was a strong odor coming from the washing machine storage area. Otherwise, the facilities and customer service are excellent.

Our family of four (ages 1 and 4) stayed in a maisonette-type one-room suite on the 11th floor, the top floor. The bet is one large one with a low bet coming out from below. There was a step, so my two children and their mother slept on the larger bed, but it was cramped.I thought it would have been better to have a room with twin beds connected to each other. Also, the stairs are quite steep and dangerous for a 1 year old, so I blocked it off with furniture. It was nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, and I brought clothes that could be hung to dry, so I was able to reduce the amount of clothes I had to carry for one night. (I think it would be even better if you could borrow goods to dry your laundry.)I think the location is also good. The front desk is also in a separate building, but it's close so it's not a problem.I used it on my way home, so I will use it again!
