I am very disappointed that the lounge system on the club floor is no longer available. However, the food at the restaurant on the first floor was delicious both in the morning and at night.I'm glad that the shower head in the bath is refurbished. It saved me when I was having trouble going to Huis Ten Bosch Onsen.

Some things can't be helped because the building is old. The food is delicious. It may have depended on the room, but I could see fireworks from the window.

Three families used it for their anniversary. We were placed on the 4th floor, facing the park, so we had a nice view and the cute interior made it possible to spend a relaxing time.Since it was my father's birthday, we decided to surprise him with a cake at the Oak Lounge that we had booked for the night instead of in our room, but the atmosphere was so calm and adult that I honestly think it was out of place. ...I was worried at first. However, the two male staff members treated me smartly and with great care, making it a truly wonderful birthday.Even when I had an electrical problem in the middle of the night, they did their best to minimize the burden on me, and I was impressed by how long-established this hotel is.Every time I visited the lobby, I was soothed by the pleasant aroma.Although it was only one night, it was a wonderful stay for my family.thank you very much.

Stayed with a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 elementary school student).Hotel Neyo is located in an overseas resort area with an exotic atmosphere. It was a 4th floor room with an ocean view overlooking the yacht harbor. It was great that it was located in the center of Huis Ten Bosch and was easy to move around!

・The hotel is located within the park, and it is also close to areas such as events and attractions, so it was very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff at the front desk and at meal times were friendly.・Every meal at the breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. The chocolate and cheese dishes were really delicious, probably because there are specialty shops such as Chocolate House and Cheese House within the park. It was my first time to have castella at the breakfast buffet and I was surprised. As expected from Nagasaki.・The Miffy room was really cute and my companion really liked it.・Although I did not use the guest bath this time, I was able to relax in the bath in my room.・You can walk as much as you want in the park even in the early morning or late at night, and the scenery and views of the city are different from those in the daytime, and it was a completely different world. Please note that all lights in the city other than streetlights will be turned off at 11pm.・Overall it was a wonderful hotel. I would like to stay again.

Only the location was good.I had booked a room on the first floor because I use a wheelchair, but there seemed to be some steps, so I was very grateful that they changed me to a room on the third floor where I could access without any steps. thank you very much. Also, the room had a view of the harbor, so we could see the fireworks clearly. The room itself was old and although there was space in the bathroom, it was built like a unit bath and used a shower curtain. I had heard in advance that it was a unit bath, but it was difficult to bathe a child in a wheelchair. There were too few electrical outlets in the room. Most of the outlets had low power output, so I could only use them to charge my smartphone. The only outlet for the hair dryer was at the sink. The location is good, but there were a lot of inconveniences, so I won't be returning.

I only used the restaurant.I went there with my one-year-old child on a weekend, and it was very crowded. The staff were very professional and even though they were busy, they were clean and had great smiles. I once again thought that this is what it means to be first class.I would like to use them again when my baby is born.
