The old hotel has been renovated, over all it has become better. The location is beachside but there are still several abandoned buildings so it looks a little scary especially with the big trees 😁.

Room is okay but towel and bed sheets dirty.Food for breakfast should be improved and I already told Mr Romi Food n Beverage manager and also head chef Pak Muksin Hadi.As for swimming pools regulations should be strictly carried out and all guests who want to swim should wear swim suits and do not shout in swimming pool.Especialy guest from NEXIA KPS sudirman group who swim wearing their shirt and pants amd also shout very loud.Hey Nexia KPS Mambruk is 4 star hotel not KALIif wanr to shoit and wear ypur shirt go to KALI and swim.Housekeeping staff service is good Pak Made,the waiter very good service and very friendly.shpuld give him reward or promotion.Parking space should be improved to oit shelter in parking space si that the leaves from the tree and bird shit should not fall on top of our car.Mr Erwin should improve his cooking skills as he claimed to be the chef.He should pay attention when serving food to guests.

Review December 2021;Not bad if you want to escape for a while from the stress of Jakarta, the beach is pretty clean, the food is pretty good,The rooms are not clean and expensive,At the beginning of December, I came here very suddenly after having a random chat with my husband, because the other one was full of superior leftovers, so we ordered it, the room was lacking, there was no hair dryer, the water was small, only one pillow/person, if you argued more then it would cost more, but Yes, it's not bad for a short escape from JakartaReview update September 2024;After coming here in 2021, it turns out we got a gift coming home from here, I'm pregnant with my second unplanned child 🤣🤣Since we are a family that likes things to happen suddenly, suddenly it occurred to me "let's go back to mambruk again, nostalgia for the second child incident" 😅😅So we booked an impromptu hotel at 1 pm and got only 1 night which was not bad, we walked from Jakarta at 2 o'clock, we got there almost sunset,Thank God, there have been a lot of improvements at this hotel, we stayed in the Premier Deluxe Ocean View, previously we got a room at the top, but because we used stairs, quite a lot of stuff and brought children aged 5 years and 2 years, we finally asked to move and looked for the same type of room but below, yes, even though we get charged again,Then we asked for an extra bed, we were charged 250 thousand, but the mattress was really bad, thin again 😅😅The room is clean, directly facing the sea,The staff is very friendly, the food in the restaurant has also improved, now it's even better - the food is delicious,That evening when we arrived we ordered rib soup at the restaurant, it was delicious, fresh,Then the beach is also clean now, you don't see any rubbish at all, the pool is clean, doesn't smell bad,Overall there has been a lot of improvement, hopefully in the future it will be better and more successful ya mambruk 🫰🏻🫰🏻

Clean, cool rooms. Staff okay. Breakfast delicious. But on the last night we stayed, it was very uncomfortable because it was noisy, the hotel was holding an event where the sound of the music was intermittent and could be heard all the way to the room, at 2 in the morning it was still going on, the event was really very disturbing. This is a hotel, not a discotheque. People come here to rest, but they are still disturbed by sounds that make them uncomfortable.Next time you hold a TAU TIME event, don't disturb other guests who are resting.
