It was a hot spring inn with delicious food and wonderful hot springs right in front of Iwakiyama Shrine.I stayed here to visit Iwakiyama Shrine. After visiting the shrine in the evening, I checked into my hotel and visited the shrine in the morning after checking out.Although it was for the purpose of worship, I think it would be good to go for the food and the hot springs. The hot water in the gourd-shaped bathtub with a slight iron smell was wonderful. It's hot because it's fed directly from the hot spring source, so water is always added. It was an inn that I would like to visit again.

Used for climbing Shirakami Mountains and Mt. Iwaki. The location is excellent as it is the halfway point between Hirosaki Station and the Shirakami Mountain Range, right in front of Iwakiyama Shrine.Although the structure is a little old, the food is delicious and the free-flowing Hyakuzawa hot springs are the best.

I stopped by for a hot spring on the way back from Mt. Iwaki. The hot spring water is hot for 350 yen, but water is provided. Right in front of Iwaki Shrine. I hope it stays open for a long time.

Probably because I was staying on a weekday, there seemed to be only one other customer besides me. Thanks to this, I had the hot spring all to myself both at night and in the morning. The hot springs have a wild feel to them, or rather, they feel like hot springs bubbling underground, and it felt like all the time, money, and physical energy I had spent so long had been rewarded😊.It's more like an outburst than a continuous flow. The inn itself is fairly old, and I think that's part of the traveler's spirit, but it may be difficult for people who only stay in hotels when traveling.Although the breakfast was not luxurious, it was delicious and filling. They have it ready for you from 6:30, so you'll be in plenty of time to catch the first bus to Hirosaki.

2024/5/14 Bus from Hirosaki StationAfter getting off the bus, walk up the hill in the direction of the bus.3-4 minutes in front of Iwaki ShrineThe exterior gives the impression that it was crowded with hot spring bathers, skiers, and worshipers. The room I was given was 12 tatami mats with a wide veranda (too spacious for one person unfortunately).Mt. Iwaki from the windowYukata, bath towel, towel, toothbrushHeating type pot, refrigerator (can be frozen),Futons are drawn, smoking is allowed, Wi-FiRequest cold water potWashrooms and toilets (separate washlets for men and women) are shared.Shared microwave ovenThe hot springs are as per other reviews. It's hot, but it doesn't feel stinging. There is a feeling of comfort that seems to seep into your body.I can't take a long bath, but I want to take a bath again and again. There is only an indoor bath, but there are large windows.(You can't see the scenery) It's bright and doesn't feel oppressive. The only other guest during my stay was a man.I bathe on my own every time without having to interact with people who stop by to bathe.3 showersBody soap, conditioner shampoo, hair dryerDinner was delicious both nights.Very satisfied with the content and quantity that exceeds the accommodation costThere are many kinds of Japanese sake, including limited edition items.Breakfast is a bit disappointingI think it would be good if you could give me a little more help. You can eat as much rice as you like by yourself.Iwaki Shrine is also a shrine that is better than I expected and I was impressed.Dake Onsen is not kind to people staying alone. This is very goodRecommended for people who like hot springs and stay in a guest house. This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again. The bus stop for the return trip is right in front of you. From check-out to bus timeIt took a while, but I was allowed to wait in the lobby.Arrived at Hirosaki Station on time

Although it is not a new inn, it was very clean and clean, the food was delicious, and the hostess had a smile on her face. Also, the hot springs are flowing directly from the hot springs, so you would think that the hot springs are hot, but this was still a good bath.

I used it for one night without meals. On the day of my stay, I called all the inns and hotels during the day to confirm, and they were kind and welcoming. (Actually, some inns have an atmosphere where you don't have to call each time.)It has a homey, family-run feel, and although the building is not new, everything is clean and well-polished. No matter how much I think about it, I still can't figure out how to make so many pieces of glass so that both the front and back are transparent. And the bath is amazing! This is the best way to enjoy the real pleasure of having water flowing directly from the source. I took a bath twice at night and once in the morning, and it was a wonderful bath that I couldn't complain about. This is a tasteful and memorable inn that will make you realize that you forgot about the comfort without unnecessary things. And literally, right in front of your eyes is Iwakiyama Shrine. After checking out, I was grateful to visit. You will be welcomed by a beautiful young proprietress and a handsome and cheerful husband. In the morning, when I saw the children at the hostel cheerfully heading to school with their school bags on their backs from the second floor, I felt so happy that I burst into tears. I definitely want to visit again!

I think this is the perfect place to stay while visiting Iwakiyama Shrine during times when it is expected to be crowded, such as New Year's visit.I have stayed here for two years in a row on New Year's Eve for my New Year's visit to Iwakiyama Shrine. The torii gate of Iwakiyama Shrine is right across the road, and you can visit the shrine as soon as you step out the entrance of the inn. There is a large parking lot behind the inn where you can park your car with plenty of time. Also, on New Year's Day, the road in front of the inn is crowded with cars from New Year's pilgrims. However, at the inn's parking lot, there is a person directing the traffic to and from the parking lot, so you can exit smoothly.

This area is full of famous hot springs, and this one is no exception. It smells like it has a lot of iron. The source is probably hot. Constantly add water. You can take a bath until 11pm at night, and from 5am until the last minute of check-out at 10am.The main dishes for dinner were thinly sliced pork and bean sprouts grilled on a ceramic platter, and salt-grilled sweetfish from Ajigasawa. It also comes with soba noodles. Also, as expected from Aomori, there are a wide variety of sake. For breakfast, the salted salmon was fatty and delicious. There are no inns in the snow country without air conditioning, so it looks comfortable even in summer.
