I rated it 2 stars, both stars are for the polite staff. No star for the hotel itself. We booked for 2 nights but we checked out after the first night. The building is unbelievably old. The cleanliness is below average. Once we got in the room, we found the rubbish bin in toilet was not emptied - rubbish from previous guests was still there. We contacted the receptionist, they shown appropriate response and apologised. They cleaned it right after I reflected the issue. The hotel itself is old-fashioned and maintained in poor condition. Carpet dirt, cracked bathroom basin, stinky bath curtain, you name it. The door and the wall are not sound-insulated. We can literally hear what the other guests were talking in the corridor and room. But I need to point out the staff actually are absolutely friendly and polite - if the management notice this review please do not blame on the staff. The main issue is the hotel is poorly maintained, not to say its location is not quite convenient - it is far from city center and main station. And the train only runs every one hour to get to the nearest main station.I understand the target customers of this local hotel may not be foreign tourists, but I think it really needs to be renovated and the management needs to reinforce the cleaning standard and quality.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.Dirty linen, check my photos, I'll politely call it human chocolate on bed covers, management moved us to another room (more on that later), I thought surely what we just experienced must be a one off.....well I checked the bed in the new room, no human chocolate but a nice curly pubic hair.Reported it to management, they asked if they could clean the room as we went to dinner, obviously I said yes, please clean it.Well we returned from dinner and the pubic hair was gone but had been replaced with a nice long hair.....We asked management if they were aware of the bed bug plague across Japan at the moment, they said of course they were, obviously they don't care about it, basic hygiene, or their customers. The room we were transferred to was a suite, a suite straight out of somewhere around 1980, if your into filthy beds, old carpet, peeling wall paper and tiny bathrooms with cracked basins that even the smallest person will struggle with, this is the place for you, otherwise choose a park bench closer to the centre of town. How this shack gets 4 stars is a mystery. One positive is management did refund us and gave us fresh fruit, however, I would not stay here again even if it was free.

Whole floor smelled like smoke. Room was dirty. Dirty hand print on the wall, broken light fixtures, stains on the carpet, and paper thin walls. Hotel was so gross. We booked 3 nights but checked out after 1 and stayed somewhere else. They refused to refund for the additional nights.

The hotel was nice, the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. However I believe it was severely overpriced. The restaurant on the upper floor has a very beautiful view of the city, but the boulliabase served was really not good.

This hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Hon-Hachinohe Station and has an urban hall that can be used for banquets and a church. The facility is old and has parts that feel old, and the unit bath is small.Although it is close to the station, it is a little far from downtown areas such as Miroku Yokocho.Additionally, you will have to walk under an elevated railway track from the station to the hotel, so if you are a solo female, you may feel a little uneasy if you are heading to the hotel after dark.

We decided to have a wedding. Every time I go there for a meeting, the people at the front desk are polite, and there's a restaurant right after I walk in, and the cakes are amazing! Sweets time from 11:00 to 14:00 is a great deal ♡ All the staff are kind or considerate ☺️ They have a friendly atmosphere! Even though the planners are busy, they do their best and explain each step carefully and in an easy-to-understand manner, and I'm so happy that I can feel their desire to create the best ceremony even more than we did! The Plaza isn't really formal, or rather, it's easy to get to in a good way ♡ Even after the wedding ceremony, I felt like I could easily go there for lunch or cake 🎂 It was amazing that the racks were open right away for families with children 👏

I stayed here to participate in an event commemorating the 50th anniversary of my junior high school graduation. Although it was showing its age, my impression was that it had a wide bed, space, and was well-cleaned. The evaluation of the location, which is close to the nearest station but a little far from the downtown area, will vary from person to person. The event is scheduled to be held in five years' time, and we will probably use it at that time as well.
