I used it for business. In the lobby, there is a 🍺 server, snacks of persimmon seeds, and dried fruits as much as you can eat and drink.The lobby is also spacious and bright, making it comfortable for business use. Coffee is available from 6am, and the service for food and drinks is also good. Recommended for business use.

I used it on a trip to Fukuoka with my girlfriend.I was surprised by the variety of welcome drinks. The server provided us with all-you-can-drink draft beer, snacks, and an in-room refrigerator stocked with plenty of alcohol, so we were almost put off by the excessive service that didn't justify the price.As for cleaning and humidity, which is mentioned in other reviews, the humidity was certainly high, and I was concerned about mold and water stains in the bathroom. However, since the price is low, I personally thought it was a compromise. From a positive point of view, the high humidity combined with the design of the hotel (especially the feel of the terrace) made me feel like I was in a resort apartment in Southeast Asia, so it was a good experience for me personally. lol

It was reasonably priced and the all-you-can-drink beer was great. I had some trouble checking in because I had made a last-minute reservation, but the staff were very responsive and I was able to spend a comfortable time. The terrace has a nice atmosphere and you can take some great photos.As per the reviews, the humidity was high, but it wasn't a problem, and since I don't like dry weather, it actually helped (lol)

I was looking for a place to stay with the following conditions: separate bath and toilet, walking distance from Hakata Station, and access without having to go through a busy area or alleys with little traffic.I found this hotel for just under 7,000 yen per person per night for a semi-double, so I used it for the first time. I did.Although the price was reasonable, the route from Hakata Station was easy to understand, the room was clean and not cramped, and the front desk staff was polite. I don't drink alcohol, so I only had water and coffee, but there were over 10 alcoholic welcome drinks and snacks available, which I think is a nice free service for those who like alcohol.Also, the sink and desk in the room were spacious, which made it easy to apply makeup, etc. There were power outlets at the sink, desk, and next to the bed.I didn't hear any noise from next door or upstairs.The door to the bathroom didn't seem to have a good seal, but I was able to install the dehumidifier before entering.I go to Fukuoka often and would like to use it again.

Hotel is fairly central. We walked for five minutes from the main station to the hotel, totally doable with a suitcase with wheels. We had booked a room with a double bed, but were able to change to one with two single beds for a small additional charge. We were there early, but the hotel has a nice terrace with seating. The staff was very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and we had a nice view from the hallway as it was outside. The room was small but sufficient and super clean. The target group is more business people than tourists. But for two nights everything was fine. There's a family market three streets away. There's a coffee shop downstairs in the hotel. And the price was really good. Gladly again~

There were so many welcome drinks that I almost hesitated.Beer, coffee, nuts, persimmon seeds, and dried fruits were also available at the front desk. Furthermore, there was a huge amount of alcohol in the room...lolI don't know if the welcome drink is available for a limited time as I haven't seen it in other reviews, but I thought it was a very good service!Great for alcohol lovers.The interior was stylish and it was a very nice stay in Hakata!I'm very satisfied! ! I want to stay there again!

Centrally located near Hakata Station in Fukuoka Prefecture. Well-structured young atmosphere, no meals are served but there is a free bar for guests. Paid parking near the hotel.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I wouldn't even give it a 1 star.What surprised me the most was that during my multiple stays, I went out in the afternoon and when I came back in the evening, the auto-lock door to my room was ajar. When I went out, I heard the sound of the door being locked before I left, so I'm sure I didn't forget to lock it. I felt scared that the hotel was untrustworthy.Next, when you check in in advance, the humidity in the room is very high, so we have installed a dehumidifier. Please use it. However, it was much more humid than expected. By the time I went out during the day and returned at night, there was condensation on the floor and the bed was damp. I think it would be better to do something about the air conditioning in the first place.The room also felt dirty. There was dust accumulating on the uneven parts of the chairs, and there were some places where the corners of the table were dented, probably from being hit, and the paint was peeling off. I think it's better to do maintenance regularly.The shower room was also made with glass doors and walls, but it was full of water stains and looked dirty. It's not a stain that will never come off, so I think it's better to clean it thoroughly.There are a few things that I thought were inconvenient. There is a charge for room cleaning. Please request towels at the lobby before receiving them. Luggage storage is available for a fee even for guests staying from that day onwards. The elevator also stopped regardless of whether you were going up or down, which was very inconvenient.There will be no further use.

I was very satisfied with the fact that I was able to enjoy a professional front desk staff, a room that was larger than a typical hotel (with room for two suitcases), a dry restroom, and a terrace space on the second floor that could be used for free at a low price. It's a 5-10 minute walk from Hakata Station, but you can get to Tenjin by taxi for only 1,300 yen, so there was no inconvenience. Incomparable to the same price range. When using a taxi outside of your schedule, you must say “Zonk Hakata.” Please note that there is a separate Zonk Nakasu branch.

About 7 minutes walk from Hakata Station. It seems to be run by a real estate agent and is built like an apartment. I chose this hotel because it had the most beautiful online photos of the hotels within walking distance that offer twin rooms for less than 10,000 yen. There is a convenience store across the street about a 1 minute walk.There is a cafe and bicycle rentals on the 1st floor, and the reception is on the 2nd floor. Check-in at 15:00 is strictly observed, so even if you arrive early, you will not be allowed in. If you leave your luggage, it will cost 550 yen per day. If you want to walk around before checking in, it's better to consider the coin lockers at the station and the fees. We only had one small carry-on case, so we ate lunch and arrived at the hotel about 10 minutes early.There is a stand bar (not open) opposite the front desk, and the coffee on the table is free. There are amenities next to the front desk (toothbrushes are also available in the room). They also had gowns, so I got them in case it was cold. In front of the elevator hall, there were sofas and tables outside with the door open, and there were two ashtrays on the glass side. When you get on the elevator, you touch the room key and then press your floor.When you get off the elevator, there is a hallway in the center. The room with two double beds seems to be a little larger than the other rooms. The bed is big, so other spaces are small. There is a small gap under the entrance door and you can hear outside noise, but it doesn't bother you when you close the bedroom door. It's still new, so it's generally clean and comfortable.There were 2 days worth of bath towels and face towels. There are also 4 pairs of disposable slippers. Refrigerator, safety box, etc. under the table. The bathroom has unusual tiles. The shower curtain has a large curve, so it doesn't have to cling to your body when you use it. 4 sets of toothbrushes. The service of 4 bottles of mineral water is helpful.The window opened just a little. There is no closet, only hangers. There was also an air purifier. There was a kettle and safety box under the TV, but no instant coffee or tea. When checking out, just put your room key in the return box in front of the 2nd floor elevator hall.

Check-in is at 3 o'clock and starts around 2:55. If you want to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, you have to pay 550 yen per room.I liked the room, but the refrigerator wasn't cool and there was a gap under the door, so it was vulnerable to bugs and noise.I found a mosquito and an insect whose name I don't know.Ah, the room is unique and pretty, but the rest is so bad.

Stayed for 1 night.The extension fee for my room was 1400 yen.・There was no bathtub, just a shower, but the water pressure was high⭕️・Check-out time is 11 o'clock, so you have plenty of time ⭕️・There are two 500ml water bottles, which is kind ⭕️・There was only a towel in the room, and she explained that I needed to pick up the amenities next to the front desk, so I didn't forget to pick them up⭕️

Would definitely stay again. The shower pressure was nice, wifi was fast, and the room was spacious. It’s nice guest can use their gym I just wish you can use the gym earlier than 9am. They offer complimentary coffee at the lounge area.I really like the openness of the hallway and the outside sitting area, the hotel has a different architecture than your ordinary Japanese hotels.Few downsides are the sound which was not a big deal but noise can come in from the gap under the door. And when you open the shower door the steams escapes and the room quickly gets wet and damp (mirrors & floor). Lastly, the bathroom doors could use a little bit of cleaning as I saw dried stains (I was hoping it wasn’t urine, makes me think what kind of guest stayed there previously)

I stayed again because I liked it before, but the temperature in the room was set to 22 degrees and it was too cold, so I raised the temperature, but the more I raised the temperature, the more humid it became. The floor was completely wet, even the bed, clothes, and money were damp. It was on the 14th floor, so I told the front desk and asked for a room on the 11th floor. I moved, but it was the same, just a little less~ㅠ A new experience for 5 nights~ㅠㅠ
