There was no smell at all and the room was comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and filling.The staff were very kind, kind and polite. I was so happy!!It was quiet and relaxing and I was truly healed.I wanted to go again.thank you very much!!

We used an RV park during Golden Week.When I went to the reception around 16:00, it was very crowded, and perhaps because the staff were inexperienced, they couldn't help me at all.When I asked at the reception desk that I wanted to borrow a table set that was included in the plan, I was told that it would be brought to me later, so I spent the day at the dog park, but it still hadn't arrived even after an hour, and I went to the front desk to ask for it, but they were still busy as usual. The staff members are filled with an aura that tells you not to talk to them.When I finally caught him and told him that we didn't have a table yet, he asked us to wait a little longer. However, since it was already time to prepare the food, I asked how long I would have to wait and was told 10 to 15 minutes, so I agreed and waited, but the waiter still didn't come for over 40 minutes. .When I went to remind them again, they said they were still waiting, so I asked them to slow down, and they finally did. I have to say this, how long did I have to wait?If there is a shortage of manpower, I think it would be better to increase the number of staff enough to solve the problem even during busy periods. Maybe RV parks are throwing away customers who aren't profitable.Also, the facilities are not very good.There is only one small dog run. (There seems to be one smaller artificial turf in the hotel). I felt that the dog run was very poor even though it was sold as a place for dogs. I don't think dogs of medium size or larger will be satisfied.Also, the open-air bath was horribly lukewarm. It's not warm, it feels like human skin. There wasn't a single person inside. I still wonder if that temperature was some kind of mistake.There is no running water outside the RV space, so the only option is to use the water from the restroom in the hotel, which is very inconvenient. I also wanted something that I could tether my dog ​​to.I won't use this facility again because I don't feel the hospitality as a whole. Not recommended for owners of medium-sized dogs or larger.

There are two dog runs: a small artificial turf run inside the hotel and a large one outside. The bath is a unique hot spring bath. There are also plenty of washing areas for pets, located on each floor. For meals, I chose the upgraded plan. All dishes were very delicious. The food at Brains Amakusa was also delicious, so I thought I could expect good food from this chain. The dog food looked delicious, so I grabbed a bite to eat. It was bland but delicious. Overall, there were no complaints. It would be even better if it was a little cheaper.However, it is unfortunate that there are no major tourist attractions in the surrounding area.
