Check in went well and receptionist was able to talk to us in English :)There were plenty of public and paid parking spaces (60min/100yen;24h/500yen) around the hotel. The free drugstore items were well sorted and found next to the reception (toothbrush, razor, facial cleanser, hairbrush, hair tie and small facial tissue)The room is great by Japanese standards, but for someone coming from Europe it is smaller than what you are used to in Europe. Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/hand soap provided in sustainable large packaging. Room clean with good fridge. All in all a super friendly, clean hotel. We would love to come back :)

Recently, the customer service of the employees seemed to have improved tremendously. The female employee who had the bad attitude that I had before didn't exist either. If it's good next time I go, I'll rate it up.↓treat businessmen like trashThere is one female employee who complains a lot.It is also famous among businessmen.I guess the vendors aren't thinking about customers coming in either.pretend not to see itother employees.I guess I can't touch it.

Used for 2 nights when returning home.Due to the popularity of YouTubers, the price of Okazaki Station has increased, so I used Mikawa Anjo, which was a little off.The price was good and low.I went with my child and was very happy to receive amenities for children. It feels like a business hotel. What I was curious aboutThere was a lot of fine cotton dust near the bedside outlet (maybe from the air conditioner?)There weren't many places to hang hangersEven if you rent a washing machine, you still need to dry it.The unit bath is a bit small, so I had a hard time finding a place to put my clothes and towels before taking a shower (as expected from the toilet lid...)There is no convenience store nearby (there is a store at the station), so it is a little inconvenient. It was nice to be able to see the Shinkansen from the window. The children were also happy.

Thank you for your help during our family trip. The check-in was handled smoothly, which was very nice!!The room was both too spacious and too small, so it was a nice size and I felt relaxed!!I will also use it when traveling.

Room smellsDark-colored blankets create a dirty feelingAnd there's hair on the blanketThe fabric of the blanket is frayed, making guests feel uncomfortable and not want to touch it.Air conditioner is very dirtyIt is necessary to clean the air conditioner so that the room does not smell. The breakfast menu offers yogurt, but I can't find the spoon.

Yesterday we stayed here, the location was quick and very easy, we went out for a walk and bought things after settling in, I absolutely loved the room, clean and tidy, very nice, the organized bathroom, what I liked most is that they provide the corresponding maintenance Because the curtains were new and spread the new smell that I particularly love, we rested very well in the clean bed so that I came out relaxed and calm the next day.* Now, I think you should talk to the reception staff, my husband speaks a little Japanese but after they gave us the keys to the room, as soon as we turned our backs, the two young people in attendance started laughing, I don't know if it's because We who are foreigners, like any foreigner who comes to the country, try to understand and be able to communicate in one way or another.* It doesn't look good that these things happen because it lends itself to bad interpretations and gives a bad image, which is why I gave it 4 stars.Well after all that everything was fine and not to mention the view, I love the night in Japan.
