The room is very small, but considering the price and free parking, it's adequate. When I flush the toilet, it flushes so fast that I'm worried about disturbing the neighbors. There is a convenience store nearby.

It was used for transportation. Although it was a bit far from the nearest JR station, it was located right next to a bus stop.Convenience stores and supermarkets are also within walking distance.The staff was also very helpful.Breakfast was included, but the side dish repertoire is quite large for a business hotel.

I stayed in the fourth room for two nights.As others have mentioned, the facility is obviously old, but the price compensates for that and the staff are considerate, making it a comfortable stay.I would be happy if the public bath on the first floor could be used for a longer time (I went to Disney Sea on the second day, so I got back to the hotel late so I couldn't use it, but if I had to be greedy, I would like to have separate baths for men and women... )We plan to use it again in October.postscriptI stayed there again for 2 nights in October.Good pointsBreakfast is as stable as everEven my wife and children, who usually don't have a proper breakfast, ate well.Only men were allowed to use the public bath from 6am to 9am (the sauna was not in operation, and it was apparently a trial period, so it was unclear how long the service would last).Bad pointsAmenities were running lowI ran out of hair ties and bath salts.Points I noticedIt would be helpful if you could put amenities (body towels, shaving tools, rubber bands if they come back in place to stop your hair) in the changing room of the public bath.

As others have written, the room and UB are small.Although the building feels a little old, it was clean and comfortable.There are restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores within walking distance.The fire station is right in front of the building, so you can hear the sirens when they are dispatched.

The atmosphere of the rooms was better than other business hotels, and it was very nice to be able to stay at the same price as a business hotel.The breakfast was delicious, although the number of items was small, and I felt that the cost performance was outstanding.The only thing I was concerned about was the smallness of the bathroom, which felt quite cramped even when I was taking a bath by myself. Although there is a large public bath, women are not allowed to enter after 6:00 pm, so please be careful when staying as a couple.
