I stayed several times for work and the room in the new building was very clean.The middle-aged man at the front desk doesn't have a good attitude. The young woman wearing glasses has a low voice and I can't hear what she's saying.I have no complaints about the room and facilities, but the service is disappointing.

It's a business hotel in the countryside, but overall it's comfortable. The rooms are slightly larger than competing hotels in the same price class. It's also nice to have a large public bath.The cleaning staff is worth mentioning. They seemed to be a foreign team, and not only did they do thorough cleaning, but they also spoke good Japanese and had an appropriate sense of distance. Some people also seem to be in charge of serving breakfast.

~Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture~I reserved and used multiple rooms for work.The day after I made the reservation, I called to give them instructions on how to pay.I wanted to inform them that since the hotel fee will be paid in one lump sum for everyone, please do not collect the fee from each person when they come to check in.I don't answer the phone.I tried calling about 10 times, but it didn't come out.In the end, the phone was not connected and each individual paid the fee at check-in.As a result, it ended up being quite a hassle for me to individually refund the hotel fees.It was a business entertainment, but it was a huge failure.I will no longer be able to use hotels that do not answer the phone for several hours.2024.10.4

At the time of check-in, the woman wearing glasses always seemed grumpy, and perhaps because she was wearing a mask, her voice was so low that I couldn't hear her, so when I asked her again, she came back at almost the same volume, and I couldn't hear her in the end.The room overall felt old, and although I was staying there for several nights for work, there were persimmon seeds that had fallen in the corners from the previous day that remained for three days, giving the impression that they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.I stayed in the elevator and the hallway in September, and the minus was that it was so hot that I thought the heating was on.The good thing is that there are many free drinks. Lots of comics. Good location with restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. Large parking lot. is

When I come to Kimitsu for work, I get my food done here.The staff took great care of me and gave me a 5 star rating, so I felt really comfortable during my stay.The bath in the new building is very large, and the curtain doesn't touch your body, so you don't feel uncomfortable at all. The bed is also the firmness I like, so I have no complaints! I can really recommend it.
