Terrible in every sense of the word. They don't follow their own rules! They offer late check out but then refused to allow us to use it.The front desk staff was rude and the rooms were dirty under the bed etc.

There is a wedding hall, etc., and I am reminded that it used to be a relatively high-class hotel. The rooms also have remnants of this, giving it the feel of a high-quality hotel rather than a business hotel. It's outdated now, but the cost performance is great. It was good that the shower head had been changed to an aramic one. The force of the water was greatThe front desk also gives a polite impression. The parking lot is large and easy to park, but it is located one block away, so be careful if you have large luggage.

It used to be a city hotel, but now the facilities are outdated and it looks like a business hotel. That's probably why it's located near the port instead of in front of the station.I think it's better to remove the mold, even if it's old.The towels are also colored in colors that make it difficult to see if they are dirty.

I don't want to give even 1 star. There are cockroaches in the summer.Even when I told the front desk, they gave me insecticide and that's it.The room is dirty. There are mysterious splash marks on the wall. The reception at the front desk is also not very good.I had planned to stay for several nights, but canceled midway through and stayed at another hotel.

I visited you on a business trip for work. When I looked at the reviews around me, my first impression was that it was either cheap or bad. It's true that the facility is old. However, personally, I was left with a good impression of the front desk staff.I don't know when I'll come to Kisarazu next, but if I'm alone, I'd like to stay here. At least I'm more than satisfied with the price.

Used during the Obon period. The room is about 6 tatami mats in size with a bed, desk, bedside rack, and lighting. The water comes from the tank, or maybe it's only at this time of year, but the water temperature is around 31 degrees Celsius, and when I turn on the hot water, I can't adjust the temperature to lukewarm and the temperature rises to around 40 degrees Celsius, so I use only water. The overall cleaning situation is fair. The air conditioner is water-cooled, so the sound of running water is a little bothersome, but it's not so loud that I can't sleep. It's a bit far from Kisarazu Station, about a 15-minute walk, but perhaps that's why it's quite cheap at 5,400 yen for a room without meals. There are quite a few free parking lots, so you can use them if you don't get too late. For this amount, I would like to use it again.

I was given the wrong room with someone with the same last name...Since the reservation confirmation is done on paper, there is no effort to hide the mistake in front of me when I check in.Moreover, they said ``we'll share the same room'' and didn't apologize, so it was clearly a small single room, not the semi-double I booked😩The response was so bad that I suspected fraud. When I went out and came back, I was given the key to a room that the hotel mistakenly gave to someone else...Security is also very questionable. The smoking room smells like a smoking area...There are no air purifiers or Febreze. The room was filthy overall, the toilet seat cover was cracked, and the toilet paper was crooked and dirty. It's impossible to get a repeat purchase at such a low price.

This hotel clearly disguises a single room with a bed width of 90cm as a semi-double.On the reservation site, you can only choose a semi-double, but in reality there is a mix of singles and semi-double rooms, and if you are unlucky, you will be given a narrow single room for the same price.Even when I pointed this out at the front desk, the front man just didn't get the point.I am planning to consult with the Consumer Affairs Agency as there is a suspicion of violation of the View Display Act, but please be careful when making a reservation.

I went to stay with my husband. It felt old, but I was able to relax. Even though it's a business hotel, I was grateful that breakfast and dinner were included.
