The room was very spacious and clean. I was concerned about mold in the bathroom. It's conveniently located next to the station, but there aren't many places to eat nearby. Convenience store is nearby. There is a large parking lot on the premises, but the site is so large that you have to walk quite a bit to get to the front desk. Parking on the second floor of the parking lot was inconvenient if you had luggage.

The largest hall is used once a year for training sessions sponsored by related organizations. There is no room rating because the hotel was not used for lodging. There is a multi-storey parking lot for small cars, and this time there was a hotel staff near the entrance to the parking lot giving information about parking tickets, which gave me a good impression.

This time I stayed for one night due to work.We also had a buffet at lunch. This time we were holding something like a [tuna] fair.Although the price seems to have gone up a little, I felt that the cost performance was very good. All the dishes are carefully prepared and very delicious. The service didn't make me feel special, and I was able to go at my own pace in a good way, so I had a great time.I will definitely visit again. thank you very much.

When I called about 10 minutes ago, I was told that I could check in early, but Kitagawa told me that it would be impossible to check in 10 minutes later because it was crowded as there were groups coming in. I'm exhausted and have nowhere to go due to the typhoon, so I'm told to wait in the lobby? Can I lie down and sleep on the lobby floor? If there are cases where it is not possible, you should clearly state that ``there are cases where it is not possible.'' Accommodation facilities think that they can respond to people who have nowhere to go due to heavy winds and rain by saying, ``I'm sorry~ I'm sorry~ (it's a standard expression, without any emotion)''. We don't care if you think we are a monster customer, but from our perspective, this is a despicable response.

The person who checked in at the front desk was a woman, but the short-haired man behind her was doing what looked like calisthenics, and even though he had nothing to do, he was following the woman's back. I was walking around. At first I thought it was a vendor, but it turned out to be the front desk staff. The facility is an old but cozy hotel that I have used many times, but the quality of the employees seems to be gradually declining.
