When I went there on a trip, I saw a lot of things and decided to stay there. After returning from a trip, I discovered that I had left something important at the hotel when I arrived at my hometown.I decided to try calling the hotel. The person who answered the phone, Mr. Saito, was very kind and said he would send it to you if you would like to pay by cash on delivery.I was prepared to go back to get it, so it was really helpful.I will definitely go again when I'm nearby.Thank you so much!

When I called the front desk about my point card, the attitude of the male staff member was the worst. On purpose? Is it because you're stressed out? I felt disgusted that he acted like I was making fun of him.The guest rooms are stylish, but the bathrooms are strangely old.The location is bad as the fares are high and you have to walk through narrow roads.I don't recommend it.

I entered the room after 9:00 pm during a 3-hour break, and was charged for my stay even though I was only 1 minute past the checkout time. When I called the front desk, I was told that if I overstayed my time even by 1 minute after 0:00, the system would automatically switch me to overnight stay, but I was not convinced because I thought it would only be an extension of 30 minutes. It was. There was no explanation of the above at check-in or in the room, so I was told to check when I entered the room, but I think it would be strange for the hotel to go out of its way to ask about the rules decided by the hotel. The front desk was unmanned when I entered the room, so I didn't hear anything about it.If it costs an additional 3,000 yen if even one minute passes, I think it should be written as a precaution when entering the room or in the room. I feel slightly scammed. When I looked into it later, I found out that it is common practice to automatically switch from rest to overnight stay at midnight, but in the hotels I have been to, mainly in the city, there is a notice to that effect at the front desk, or there is no staff at the hotel. The only place I could go to was to tell them directly at the front desk, so I felt it was unkind to be told without any explanation. Is it because it's in the countryside? Also, the front staff's response was very bad from beginning to end, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I called to make a reservation when I was coming, I was able to connect, but the signal at the hotel was pretty bad, so I couldn't make a reservation in the end.No matter what I said at the time of check-out, they just insisted that ``that's how the system works'' and didn't offer a word of apology.By the way, his name is Matsumoto-san. As a member of society, I think it is a necessary ability to apologize, even if it's just a formal apology. Well, if the staff at a love hotel tell you not to ask for that much, that's fine.I won't be using it again for the time being. Even though I paid a lot of money, I feel terrible. I think everyone should not go.

First of all, considering the location, the price is higher than the market price. A price that allows you to stay in a hotel in the city center.Next, there are many paid services. I laughed at the charge for the welcome drink. What is Welcome? !This is the first time I've been to a hotel that charges money for the rental of pillows and facial equipment. If you become a member, the welcome drink and various rentals are 0 yen, so you probably want to become a member.Lastly, the artificial hot springs and Vibra are not bad and the exterior and interior are beautiful, but the high price stands out.Not having a power source in the sink is tough for girls.

The rooms are clean, the parking lot is spacious, and I like the artificial hot springs, so I use them often.I used the special ticket for the first time and ordered food. Will I be given the ticket when the person comes to deliver the food? I was told that it would take some time, so I took a bath. The phone rang, and when I answered, she gruffly said, ``I didn't leave the special ticket on the table at the entrance, but if you don't leave it there, you'll have to pay for it, right?''It's my fault for not asking, but if you had told me when I ordered, I would have left it there. I felt confused. It seems that the menu that you can order is limited, so I thought it would be kinder if the ticket states that only menus that cost less than 0 yen are written on the ticket. The food was delicious 😋
