The price is great and the location is just a few minutes drive from Disney. There was nothing bad about the room other than the fact that the walls were thin and I could hear the people next door.

I had planned to stay for 2 consecutive nights, but late at night I started hearing voices from other rooms talking and laughing (for a long time and quite loudly) and it continued until the early hours of the morning, so I couldn't sleep. I couldn't resist, so I hurriedly booked a different hotel for the second night.In addition, the floor of the bath was very dirty with water stains, and the children were unable to put their feet on the floor and had to stand on chairs.The owner was kind and I am grateful to him for taking me to Disneyland.I thought I would be able to handle it if it weren't for the laughter in the middle of the night, but in the middle of the night after a fun trip, my heart broke.

I used it when I went on a trip to Tokyo at the end of the year. It was a great place to stay with children at a low cost. It was my first time living in a shared house, but I was grateful for the care of the owner and felt comfortable using it.When I arrived, I had a hot bath boiled for me, and when I told them I had come to the inn by train and bus, they took me to the station the next day.I was very grateful that it was raining.Payment was in cash only.

A few months ago, my family of 3 (myself, my wife, and my son who is in 1st year of junior high school) used this hotel for the night before and after TDR.The owner was very friendly and kindly explained how to use the facility. (Too polite)If you let us know your check-in time by phone in advance, they will fill the bath with hot water for you.The building is a detached house that was built about 10 years ago. Even though you're traveling, it feels like you're staying at home. (Feeling like a homestay?)I was taken to the third floor (the stairs were narrow and steep).There are 4 rooms on the floor, 2 of which are used. Each room has two beds, a desk chair, a clothes rack, and an air conditioner.Other equipment・Washroom (washstand x 2)・Bathroom (bath salts 100 yen/pack)・Washing machine (use fee 100 yen/use, detergent included)·tv set·kitchen・Electric potWhen you go out, you must lock the entrance and floor entrance doors and take your keys with you.The inside of the floor is generally clean, but there are the owner's belongings, giving it a feeling of life.There is one very disappointing point.I came back from TDR at 10pm, and just after 11pm, when I was about to go to the bathroom and go to bed, three or four young people (relatives of the owner?) came downstairs. The sounds of commotion and people moving around echoed all the way, and continued until after 4am. It was quite noisy, and even though I was tired, I couldn't get a good night's sleep, resulting in sleep deprivation.I won't repeat either.I feel weird about things.The star is 2, which is extremely close to 1.(3 if there is no noise)Next time I will stay at the hotel.

I used it the night before Disney.The owner was a very personable person.The room had signs of use on the bed and sofa, but it was clean.It was a corner room on the first floor.The bathroom door was moldy and quite dirty.I was also surprised that I could hear voices from the next room...The walls are so thin that you can hear not only people talking, but also the sounds of things being dropped and switches being pressed.Honestly, I can't sleep. I went to bed early because it was Disney the next day,I got home around 11pm and was woken up by the noise from the room next door.I went to Disney because I was sleep deprived...All drinks in the refrigerator in the room were 100 yen.I won't repeat it. It's much safer to stay at a business hotel.

One star, or rather close to zero. There was a lot of dust in the room, the bathroom only had a shower, and they left me without any explanation. I noticed that the amenities were paid after I used them. And even though it wasn't a consecutive holiday or New Year's holiday, I was charged twice the normal price. It's extremely unpleasant. I think it's better not to send everyone's reviews.

The room was clean, the owner's explanation was thorough, and the bath was hot when we arrived, making it comfortable.I was told several parking lots nearby and was able to park for 400 yen 2-3 minutes walk away.

This was my first time staying in a share house, and I was satisfied with the beautiful building. The baths are clean, and the manager keeps the baths ready for your arrival time. It was a cold season, so this was very helpful.One disappointing point is that there is no parking lot, so you have to use a nearby coin parking lot.
