This place is like Disney for dogs. We can always have rice and tea together from morning till night.

Although the dog park is large and well-equipped, it is a lawless area with low civility. When there are many dogs around, there are owners who cause trouble by throwing toys, and owners who throw treats at the dogs, and fights between owners and dogs are always occurring, so you can't feel at ease.It seems like the staff are patrolling, but even if there's someone in front of them who doesn't follow the rules, they just turn a blind eye and refill the water.I think it would be better to go to the local dog park.

I felt uncomfortable with the customer service of the slightly older woman at the reception. It's a theme park for dogs, but does this person really like animals? I felt so disappointed.

My reservation was canceled without my permission not once but twice.I don't know what the standard is, but I think that canceling a reservation without asking the customer for confirmation, and then responding when the customer visits, saying, ``I don't have a reservation. Isn't it your mistake?'' is a complete disqualification as a service industry. Masu. The first time, the person in charge canceled my reservation by mistake, and despite promising to prevent it from happening again, the same thing happened again.I suspect that there are probably many others who feel the same way. Please be careful.

I went there because I heard it was Disneyland for dogs, but the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the staff's impressions vary from person to person, so I guess it's a good idea.It feels like it's still under development.
