I stayed here for 2 nights just before Obon.[Surrounding facilities] ★☆☆☆☆There is only a convenience store and a ramen shop within 2-3 minutes by car, so it is recommended that meals are included.[Room]★★☆☆☆Japanese-style room (8 tatami mats) with air conditioner, fan, and TVThere are no sinks or other water facilities in the room, and toilets and sinks are shared only. The air conditioner was comfortable and didn't have a musty smell. There is no refrigerator or safe, so you have to leave your belongings at the counter.Yukata, bath towels, and toothbrushes are kept in the room and not in the bathhouse.[Bath]★★☆☆☆I'm glad that you can take a bath 24 hours a day.The temperature of the hot water is low, around 40℃.The bathtub smells, I don't know if it's mold or sebum. The men's bath has 3 washing areas and a bathtub that can accommodate 2 to 3 people.Body soap and shampoo in the washing areaThe washbasin has the bare minimum amenities of lotion and cotton swabs.[Cooking] ★★★★☆Dinner and breakfast are served in your room, and you are satisfied with both the quality and quantity.Even if you stay for several nights, you will never have the same dish, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes that took a lot of time and effort.Dinner on the first day: Sukiyaki, oyster gratin, sashimi, tempura, saikyo-yaki yellowtail, eggplant dengaku, vinegared food, yuba, dessertBreakfast on day 1: Grilled salmon, dashimaki egg, mentaiko, grated whitebait and radish, spinach ohitashi, natto, pickles, seasoned seaweed, miso soupDinner on the second day: Seafood hotpot, grilled scallops, yakitori, eel rolls, fries, sashimi, grilled turban shells, picklesBreakfast on the second day: Grilled fish, omelette, ham, sesame dressing, tuna with grated radish, candied walnuts, pickles, seasoned seaweed, miso soup[Facilities]★★☆☆☆○There are vending machines and water servers in the building.×There is wifi, but it is completely unstable and unusable.×Inconvenient as there are few shared toilets[Overview] ★★★☆☆There are no sightseeing spots in the area, so if you have a purpose like golf, we recommend the option with meals included.Unfortunately, there is nothing special about it other than the food.

This was our first completely Japanese-style hotel. It may seem unusual for those who are used to standard hotel rooms, but you will quickly feel the charm of this place. Stop here to experience a true ryokan aimed at locals rather than foreign tourists. Hospitality, cordiality, excellent service, phenomenal dinner and breakfast (ordered separately - order in advance and you will not regret it) will leave an indelibly wonderful feeling from the accommodation, which at first glance may seem rustic, but this is deceptive. We had slightly special circumstances, but the owners met us halfway in everything and did everything to make us as comfortable as possible.

It is located away from the street and in a place rich in nature along the Tone River. The food was very delicious and it was a nice change of pace even though it was nearby.

The place feels like a hidden gem! It's not facing the street, so if you walk a little further down the narrow street, you can see a faint light that gives it a warm feeling.A recommended place if you want to relax.
