The hotel was pretty easy to find. It is a bit of a walk from terminal 1, so prepare yourself if you’re not using the shuttle service. Other than the distance, check in was a breeze. It was amazing to shower and rest after the long flight. Would recommend to any weary traveler.

It was my first time using it.When I made the reservation, I noticed that there was no information listed on the official website about whether the hotel had a hair dryer, so I went directly to ask about it and the receptionist kindly explained it to me. Since my hair is long, it is very important to have a hair dryer with strong wind, so I would appreciate it if this information was mentioned. I would also be very happy if you could also have a hair iron that combines straightening and curling. If you only use a hair dryer, you won't be able to straighten your bangs and your ends won't be damaged, but it's too heavy to carry around and there are weight restrictions for carry-on items, so I'd really appreciate it if you could leave it there. Also, I would like you to leave it there as I don't mind paying a separate rental fee. 26 mm curl desired

Everyting was fine but there is no lounge. In my case, i had brought food for my dinner and had to go eat it at some airport bench.

There was a toilet with small water scattered all over the floor, and although I was able to get my dirty slippers changed at the front desk...they never came to clean it. I went to ask again, but the answer was that there was no one else available... I didn't want another person to step on my slippers and enter the capsule room, so I watched the hallway with footprints for a while (I also told the woman at the reception desk), and I called out to the next person to make sure they didn't step on them. I waited. The staff member who finally arrived turned out to be a man who had visited the restroom corner a while ago to relieve himself. Perhaps there was insufficient communication between staff members, or perhaps they were not prepared for irregular responses...I was fed up with being forced to stand guard in front of a dirty toilet for 30 minutes. There were serious doubts as to whether the facility would be safe in the event of a sudden illness or disaster.

The location is not bad, but I think it would be more convenient if it was in the tower in the departure lobby or arrival lobby. The service and staff are excellent. No problems with the shower room or toilet. I will stay again if I have an early morning flight. It's cozy!
