Had an excellent time here! The owner is friendly, helpful, & hospitable! The house is clean and in a super great location: decently close to both the mountains and the beach, as well as to the 7/11.

I used it on a business trip on August 4th. As everyone has said, everything is wonderful! The clean facilities and rooms are impressive. The host's desire to provide travelers with peace of mind during his travels around the world is reflected in the hotel's low price and excellent service. However, I am worried that it will become too popular and it will be difficult to make a reservation. Rather than providing meals, he introduced us to fresh and delicious restaurants in the neighborhood, and his ``mochi at the mochi shop'' philosophy was admirable. I will be staying here regularly.

My husband and I left our city in search of tranquility since our feline daughter had died and we felt very sad but we managed to find comfort and peace in those days 😺🥰The staff was really attentive and very kind to us, we have had bad experiences in other places, mainly because of the language but here it was different, if you are a foreigner and don't know how to speak Japanese, don't worry, the owner uses his cell phone to translate in your language, he also communicates in English 🤗He has traveled to many countries and He likes to know other cultures, so you can talk freely about your country and he will listen to you carefully, he even knows our Perú 🇵🇪We feel very comfortable, like at home, we will surely return another time 🙏🏻 thank you very much 🙇🏻‍♀️

Such an unassuming place and total hidden gem! Located in a small village with fields and trails all around, yet it’s very convenient and close to the beach (to catch a glimpse of Mt. Fuji at sunset), restaurants, train station, hiking trail to the famous Mt. Nokogiriyama hiking area.A traditional Japanese house passed down from the grandma, although you wouldn’t know it from the exterior. Once inside, it’s tranquil and welcoming. Meticulously clean and tidy, and the best feature is the traditional deep soaking tub - so relaxing that my fatigue of a long day cycling here evaporated instantly. In fact the best part of the guesthouse is you do feel like a guest at a friend’s, welcomed warmly and taken care of. Takahiro-san went WAY above and beyond to help me arrange dinners, sightseeing, even a great haircut, often playing chauffeur himself! He also hosts a “drink party” each evening when everyone can hang out together, socialize, trade travel stories and tips.Staying here is so far my best guesthouse experience on my cycling trip in Japan! Hope to be back again next time I’m in Japan.

The living room is a shared space with a modern, Showa retro feel and a calming atmosphere. A nostalgic yet relaxing tiled bathroom. I stayed on the second floor and woke up to the sound of birds chirping and gentle sunlight. I am grateful that I had a great time sharing drinks with the owner at night.

It's not a modern building, but an inn with a Showa-era interior that makes you feel at ease. The owner is also very friendly, and it's fun to have a drink and talk with everyone.
