Very good hotel, this place exceeded my expectations. The location is a 20min walk from the train station; there's a mall with a food court, supermarket and convenience store 5 min walk from the hotel.The room is small, but comfortable and very clean. Loved to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks, they also offer free amenities. The included buffet breakfast was really good, plenty of options, something for everyone.The free shuttle to the Disney parks was fantastic, they also offer a return bus, but it was too busy, so I opted to take the train on the way back.The staff is friendly and speak good English, 24hrs reception service.Very happy stay, I would recommend to friends!

The room is really dirty.There was a strong musty smell.The filter cleaning light on the air conditioner was on.The humidifier was also covered in dust and was really tight.It was the worst ever for a business hotel.Owners, employees, everyone has written reviews, so please keep the rooms clean at the bare minimum.

Anyway, the cleaning is not done properly.The moment I opened the door to my room, I could smell mold and my uncle's sebum, and since it was summer, I turned on the air conditioner and it smelled moldy.I couldn't help but try to pull the lever to open the window, but the lever was moldy...that mold. The odor and dust odor is such that I would give up on using the air conditioner in mid-August...There was hair in the unit bath, there were many black mold-like stains on the walls that could be easily removed by scrubbing with a sponge, and the toilet paper that was left for refilling was dripping. did.Honestly, it felt like I was staying in a stranger's room with amenities rather than a hotel, so I lost the fun feeling I had on my way back to Disney...I have stayed at hotels in a similar price range many times, but this is my first experience like this, and I am very disappointed because the explanation from the front desk staff was thorough.It seems that there are many other people who feel the same way, so I hope this will improve...

Mystays shin urayasu was a decent place to stay given its affordable price. The hotel rooms had an older feel / decor to them. With a bit of a mold smell. However the staff were very nice and friendly and capable of speaking clear English. The shuttle bus service was also great. However, to take the shuttle bus back to the hotel that could be a little confusing. It's also within walking distance to the closest train station but keep in mind if your hauling luggage for 20min to the hotel it is pretty far and the hotel is surrounded by fields so now nearby restaurants or convince stores. The hotel breakfast is rather tasty, not the biggest selection for the price but it will full you up

When we checked in and got to our room, it was very old and felt dirty. Stains and tears in the wallpaper, worn carpet., musty smell. The room was very small. It did not look like the photos online. We went to the front desk to ask about a different room. The staff was kind and willing to work with us. They put us in a better room. Even that room needed some TLC, but it was acceptable, and we had a good stay (3 nights).

It's far from the station. It's a bit of a distance to take a taxi. The shuttle bus only goes to Disney, so I think it would be more convenient if it went to Shin-Urayasu Station or Maihama Station.I only used the conference room on the second floor, but I was disappointed that the Otohime in the women's restroom was turned off.

One meter by taxi from Shin-Urayasu Station. About 16 minutes by bus. The appearance of the hotel is also nice. I stayed in a semi-double room for one night. The bed and the room are clean. After seeing everyone's harsh criticism, I was a little prepared for it, but it's outrageous. The interior was so tasteful, clean and comfortable that I thought it had been renovated. The view from the fourth floor window was also stylish. Breakfast was buffet style with Japanese, Western, yogurt, and desserts.Today's recommended marinated salmon was delicious.I'm just complaining (lol), but I think it would be better if the young waitress didn't talk with laughter. I'm working in a place where customers are eating...but I would like to come here again when I stay in Shin-Urayasu. Thank you very much😊

The staff attitude and service is bad, can't communicate even in basic English. Our check out time is at 10am, I asked can I check out at 11 when I check in. The staff said it's okay no problem, but didn't mention that there was a charge even I've asked several times. However, at 10:20 the next day, a staff called to the room and urged us to go down to check out, I explained many times, they kept me waiting on phone and just keep on repeated that I need to pay 2000 yen to check out at 11 o'clock. The entire call lasted about 15 minutes, and eventually the staff just hung up without saying anything. When I went down to check out, the front desk put the calculator in front of me and said that I need to pay 2,000 yen for the late check-out time. I explained once again that when I checked in, your colleague said it was okay so I checked out at 11. The explanation they gave me is because he is not good at English, he misunderstood you, please pay it. What does that mean? I have to take responsibility for your mistakes now? So is it mean that if there is any problem with the enquiries of all foreign travelers, you can just say because we are not good at English? Also, I requested them to check CCTV and prove that their colleagues had made this commitment, they went into the office and came out again within a minute and told me our colleagues hadn't. So, you checked CCTV less than a minute? I'm sure my conversation with their colleagues lasted at least 5 minutes. Does it make sense? They even said please speak Japanese when I tried to keep communicate with them. Is this an attitude of a 3-star hotel should be?The hotel's attitude is poor, the service is perfunctory, and I can't communicate in basic English. I will not choose this hotel again in the future. The hotel check-out time is 10 am. When checking in, I asked if I could check out 1 hour later, that is, at 11 am. The hotel front desk said it was no problem, but did not mention that there would be a fee. I have asked several times and made sure it was okay before leaving. At first glance, it looks more like an apartment than a hotel.The room is clean.Breakfast is moderate. The only downside is that there aren't many types of salads, and almost all of the ladles are right-handed.There is also a free shuttle bus to the station, which is recommended, but you may not be able to ride unless you line up about 10 minutes before departure.I took the 9:20am flight on a weekday, and it was packed.
