I used it to go to Disneyland. The hotel's location was great, just crossing one bridge, making it very convenient. I was able to get a very good price by making a last-minute reservation, and it also included a light morning buffet, which was quite satisfying. The directions to the multi-storey parking lot were thorough and easy to use. The common hallway felt a little old, but the room itself was very clean and comfortable, as if it had been renovated. The bath and toilet are in the same space, which may be a little inconvenient for a family trip, but considering the price, it was a reasonable facility. There was a new TOSHIBA washer/dryer in the room, and it was convenient to be able to purchase detergent for 50 yen. The staff was very responsive, and I was impressed by the fact that there was a self-service amenity corner on the first floor, with plenty of amenities for children. I would definitely use it again when visiting Disneyland.

We booked this hotel on short notice without expecting too much from it, as we just wanted something close to Disneyland. I have to say, it was a very nice surprise. The positives:- Location wise, it really depends why you're coming here and what you want to do. Are you just visiting Tokyo? Then this might not be the best place to stay at, since it's pretty out of the way. Getting to any tourist spot is probably going to take about an hour, while hopping from train to train. If that doesn't bother you, then it's fine. If you're only interested in getting to Disneyland? Then this is one of your best bets. You can easily get to Disney in 30 minutes by hopping on to a bus that's 5 minutes away from the hotel. The area itself is your standard Japanese residential area. Doesn't feel touristy at all and you have plenty of kombinis around.- The staff was very polite and spoke English. Check in was done fairly quickly and they were kind enough to store our bags for free upon checking out until later in the day.- We stayed for 2 nights in a Twin Room and we were super happy with what we got. The room was pretty spacious, as we had enough space to open both of our medium sized luggage bags at the same time. Everything is clean and the beds were decent (on the smaller side, but not too small to be a problem).- The free breakfast was a very nice addition. The food was good. There wasn't a lot of variety but honestly, at this price I'm surprised this was included. The negatives:Well.. I've got no negative things to say. For what we needed (a place to stay that's close to Disney and is decent), the price to value ratio was extremely good.

Disappointed. On arrival, staff not warm and friendly. We arrived early and left our luggage. On our return at check in time, the room was not ready so were made to wait in the lobby with our infant . Lobby was a disaster with luggage everywhere, no cloak room. When our room was finally ready, staff did not offer to help take our luggage up to room. Staff did not inform us breakfast was free. We were not provided correct amount of towels in room. No tea or coffee in the room. No cutlery. Just kettle and mugs. Also the hotel was very loud with paper thin walls. You could hear lots of banging and loud talking late at night when you’re in the room. Overall this hotel lacked the warm hospitality we have become accustomed to in Japan. Will not stay here again.

Due to various circumstances, I had to leave my home for a few days, so I called the night before to say it was no good, but luckily there was space available, so I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days. The location is close to the station and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you won't have any problems. The twin room has a kitchenette, a drum washing machine and a medium-sized refrigerator. Since it's a drum-type washing machine, I was also able to use the drying function, which was helpful. The bread at the free breakfast was delicious! There aren't many items, but it's free, so I'm grateful for it.All the staff were polite and made me feel comfortable and overall I was very satisfied! This is a hotel I would like to stay at again if something happens.

I thought I'd just go home to sleep, but it cost around 10,000 yen and included breakfast...so it was such a good deal.I used it after playing at Disney. They responded courteously even though it was late. A nice point is that you can drink coffee as you like 24 hours a day next to the entrance. The interior had an atrium similar to those found overseas, and the colors were nice. The room was clean and had a calm impression, and the water pressure was good.I think it depends on the room, but most of the room is occupied by the bed, so it may be small if you have large luggage. However, this time I was returning from Disney and my plan was to walk around a bit the next day, so I didn't mind at all.And the recommended point is that breakfast is included! There are 4 types of bread, and they are homemade and when warmed in the oven, they were fluffy and delicious! There aren't many variations of dishes, but the seasoned eggs and salt worked well and it was delicious! It's also nice to have a wide selection of drinks. However, although I don't leave any food behind, the soup was too salty so I gave up. If that's good, I'd be even happier. It was a pleasant hotel where I was greeted kindly when I left. We will also consider staying if you plan to stay on your way back from Disney or on other occasions.

I can recommend this hotel almost without exception. Located right next to Kasai station. Internet is good. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are relatively large. Everything is super clean and very nicely designed.Service is excellent. We dropped off our luggage before check-in and when we checked in we were told that the luggage had already been brought to the room! Absolutely top 👍🏼 There's everything you need here, from toothbrushes to bath tabs to shaving cream. However, the breakfast is a small minus point. There is only lettuce and no vegetables and there is no fruit. We were always used to rice from the other hotels, which isn't available here either. One morning there was something with mushrooms, which unfortunately many people don't have. It tasted good but there is still room for improvement ☺️
