Before I tried to make a reservation online, I had something I wanted to ask in person, so I contacted them, but they didn't listen to my concerns properly.``Then, please make a reservation online.'' I was told.I'm calling you because I have something to do,It was really unpleasant to have the gacha cut off while we were talking.

There is no air conditioning except in the rooms. It's hot in the hallways, changing rooms, and elevators. I can't adjust the shower temperature so I can't take a bath even though it's hot. You will be sweaty by the time you reach your room from the bathhouse. The staff are all old people, so cleaning is not done properly. The closet is a mess, urine is splattered in the toilet, the air conditioner filter is covered in dust like felt, and there is dust on the lintel and in the corners of the room. The rice was soggy, the beer was lukewarm, and the sashimi was soggy that it wasn't delicious. The host's attitude is the worst. The problem goes beyond customer service. When he senses the presence of a customer, he somehow runs away to the back of the front desk. Maybe they run away and hide because they don't want customers to complain about how hot, smelly, and dirty they are? Even when checking out, an old man or old woman who doesn't know the basics is doing it, so there's a traffic jam waiting for the checkout, but the hostess is in the back playing with a computer and doesn't come out. Is it social phobia or a disease?

The building is old, like the Showa retro style that gives you the sense of security of returning home! Most of the staff were older, but they were very nice and had good customer service! Dinner was gorgeous!

Although the building is old, it was well kept and comfortable. Although most of the employees seemed to be elderly, they were efficient and made us feel welcome. There was no air conditioning in the changing room or powder room in the public bath, so it was very hot. There was only hot water in the bathroom and in the washroom, no cold water.

My family of four stayed here for the purpose of having fun at the nearby beach. To be honest, I don't think there will be repeat customers because although the staff is working hard, the management's negligence is flagrant.## General facilitiespro:Although it is an old building, the rooms were clean and the futons were good.cons:Access to the guest rooms and bathrooms is very complicated, probably due to repeated renovations (?)(A complicated passageway and a mysterious wire that goes up and down the stairs)The smell in the shared toilet was terrible. The toilets themselves were kept well-cleaned, but the deterioration of the drainage facilities seemed to be an issue.## mealpro:The cooked dishes were very tasty. I get the impression that the food is being prepared carefully by a chef who is well-versed in Japanese cuisine.cons:Despite being at a seaside inn, the sashimi was not delicious. It lacks freshness and gives the impression that it is not a local product.(The sashimi I had previously at a guesthouse in the same area was much better.)There were obviously not enough staff serving the food, and the rice and miso soup were served very slowly. There were about 10 groups of guests at the breakfast venue, but only three elderly women were responsible for serving the meals.Although the people at the scene were doing their best and smiling, they seemed to be as busy as a field hospital.

My first impression was that it was an old inn.I don't mind that it's old, butIt lacks a sense of cleanliness. There were black caps (to avoid cockroaches) in the room, and there were spider webs.I also hesitate to use a cup.The inside of the building and the large public bath also seem not to be kept well-cleaned.You cannot enjoy the sea or the scenery from the bath.Overall, I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.*Please do not be fooled by the photos posted on Google Maps. There are some parts that are different from reality.

I saw the signboard on the way to Niemon Island and used the day trip bath on the way back. My 4 friends and I went there for the second time since the year before last. 1000 yen, cash payment. From the reception desk to the bathroom, you have to go up some stairs and then go down, so it is difficult for people with walking disabilities to get there. There were no other customers, so it was reserved. The hot water is not very special. There is no open-air bath in the large public bath. Unfortunately, I didn't have much time until the train, and I couldn't take it easy because I was on my way to Karasu. It's not far from the station and the route is easy to find. There is free wifi.

⚪︎It was great to have a private aloe bath⚪︎This is an inn with an old-fashioned nosy personality.⚪︎When I looked outside to open the window of the public bath a little more, for some reason there were a lot of cotton swabs and shampoo bags on the ground (I had just checked in, why? It was still there the next day)⚪︎I was told that breakfast would start at 8am, and while I was relaxing in my room, I got a call just after 7:30am. I felt like I wanted to get it done quickly. The thing that surprised me the most was that during breakfast, he entered my room without permission and cleaned up my futon (my valuables and laundry were still there, so I would have cleaned it up if I had just said something...I work in a similar customer service industry, but when I enter a customer's room, I say a few words to the customer.)Also, when I made a reservation for an aloe bath, I was surprised that he knocked early in the reservation time and rushed into the room before I could even answer. (Maybe it's my fault that it's not locked)There were other things that felt old-fashioned, but the staff worked hard and told me that they had been in business for 60 years, adding to the building. There are no alcohol vending machines and there are no places to buy alcohol nearby, so we recommend preparing in advance.
