2024.10.12 I used it when I watched the Kashima City fireworks festival next door🐾Arrived on time with check-in at 3pm.The parking lot is large, but it doesn't seem well maintained. The reception desk was quite busy as check-in hours started, so I guess the person who helped me was a little tired of being busy, or maybe not suited for customer service. made me thinkAnyway, I got my room key and headed to my room for the night.I don't know if all the floors were like that, but maybe because it was a renovated former Kanpo inn, it didn't feel like an inn, and it was dark and had a strange smell. The room can hear sounds and voices from the hallway, and there is no security or soundproofing. There is no door to the room that will become the bedroom, so the smell comes from the toilet? is played, and the sound mentioned earlier can be heard. No indoor bathThe bed was properly madeI guess it happened to be a smoking room...they kept deodorant spray...smell😑The window glass is covered with spider webs, there is no sign that it has been wiped, and there is no view.It was on the first floor, so I couldn't see it.The grass outside is not taken care of, and if seasonal flowers are planted, it can be a little relaxing. If you raise capyparas and create a hot spring ♨️, it will become a hot topic... That would be soothing 😁I was generally satisfied with the food 👍 I had told them in advance about the ingredients I couldn't eat, so they replaced them with other ingredients. The restaurant staff were very accommodating. The breakfast menu was a buffet style, so it felt like it was more about quantity than quality. It would have been better if the corners were marked so you could see them. The baths are medium temperature, low temperature, and a sleeping bath. The washing area was largeSince there was no sauna, I ended up taking a bath once.If you went in the morning, you would have been able to see the view. When checking out, I returned the key and left...I think that in most accommodations, you often greet people with things like ``Thank you'' and ``Please come again.'' However, at this inn, there was nothing at all.Wouldn't it be better to train receptionists on customer service?I won't be using it anymore though 😑

I stayed here with my parents who are in their 80s. I booked a disabled room. I was on the 3rd floor, close to the elevator, so I had a great view of Kitaura spreading out below me. I chose the cheapest course for dinner, but it was very delicious. Although it wasn't luxurious, I could feel the chef's ingenuity here and there. There were many ways to feel autumn in the menu and presentation. The facility has been renovated and most of the areas are clean. I think this hotel has very good value for money. I would like to visit again.

I stayed for one night with breakfast included. The room was a 10 tatami Japanese-style room on the first floor, and since check-in was at 7:30 pm, I guess they had chosen the room closest to the front desk, and it had no view. The room itself was spacious and clean. There is one large bath, and there are three baths: medium temperature, low temperature, and sleeping bath. The sleeping bath does not have a lot of hot water, but the low temperature is quite lukewarm, and the medium temperature is just right for me and I can stay in it for a long time. However, for those who like hot food, it might be a bit unsatisfactory. The woman didn't seem to be able to adjust the temperature, so it was either very hot or lukewarm. The breakfast buffet was pretty average. It was nice to have a view from the 4th floor where the bath is located and to be able to eat free tandan noodles from 9pm.

All the employees were kind and the food was delicious. The large public bath is a bit outdated, but I think it's reasonable for this price.I have created a member card, so I would like to stay at a different Kamenoi.I'm looking forward to it.
