It was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant to have to spend time changing trains and buses in Chiba, but those thoughts disappeared as soon as we arrived at the hotel. I was so glad that I had chosen this hotel because of the person who greeted me in front of the hotel, and I was relieved that I had been saved. After all, the location and hot springs are wonderful. The staff were polite and made me feel very welcome. I was also happy to be able to catch the express bus back to Tokyo from in front of the hotel. There is one more hotel that I would like to visit again.

I feel like families with children can stay here with peace of mind!It was noisy for an elderly couple.All-you-can-drink sour and soft drinks are included with your meal.If you don't like sweets, you can drink lemon sour or grapefruit sour without sweetness.

Although it is an old building and dates back to the Showa era, the hospitality of the staff is wonderful. The older staff are used to serving older customers, and the older staff are kind to families with children. The customer service staff during dinner at the banquet hall were kind and friendly towards small children, which I appreciated. The food was delicious, and the last dish that came out was ``rice cooked with chestnuts and sweet potatoes.'' Would you like to make it into a rice ball and take it to your room? Thank you very much for your help (which turned out to be a very correct answer). The kids room has a table where adults can sit as well, and there are free diapers (Moony) just in case. I ordered coffee and was able to buy ground coffee for 500 yen. There were also a few recommended books lined up, and it was nice to be able to take books to my room.

The staff were very responsive and I had a comfortable stay. The baths, including the open-air ones, are spacious and have very good hot water. The view was also a luxurious open-air bath with an ocean view. The dinner was delicious, and I was impressed that the head chef came out of his way to say hello at the end.The building is old, but it is well-maintained and you don't have to worry about its age.Overall, the staff gave me a very good impression of this inn.I would like to visit you again.
