It's getting old. It's old.It can be scary since the place has a lot of traffic. The parking lot was about a 3 minute walk. The free water service was a blessing.

It was a single room, but the room was big enough for one person to pass by the bed, so it wasn't very spacious, but considering the price, it was enough for just sleeping. It has all the basic amenities such as amenities and Wi-Fi, and it's close to the station, so you won't have to worry about food.I went there by car, but if you don't check in early, the free parking lot will be full and you will have to use a nearby coin parking lot, so if you check in late, it will be unnecessary. There will be expenses.

The building and interior are not new, but they are well kept and there is no unpleasant feeling at all! Both the ladies at the front desk and at the breakfast venue were very kind and warm, even though they are close to hotels in the city.I came by car, but it's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and it seems convenient for trains.I don't have any particular problems, but I would say that the equipment is old and I had to use the provided extension cord if I wanted to use it while charging my phone next to my bed. It's a hotel I can recommend, and I'd like to come back again.

○There are two business hotels in Katsutadai.○This hotel is a little more convenient than the hotel in front of the station. Also, the equipment is old and the rooms are small.○Accommodation fees are overwhelmingly cheap.○The hotel employees are flexible and flexible, which makes me feel comfortable. There are also people from other countries working as staff, but I was particularly impressed by the male staff's fluent Japanese and the way they handle their work.○Up until now, I had always stayed at a hotel in front of the station, but now I stay at this hotel all the time.

The appearance is beautiful! But the room is really small and shabby.First of all, the TV is crap, it's too small to see! Many TVs like that are for 4 and a half tatami rooms, so you can't see them from the bed. What a powdered soap at the laundromat! ! ! 100 yen! ! ! I was surprised! Everywhere else you can buy it with detergent or sold separately for 30 yen! This is a bad way to put it, but it's fraudulent pricing. The parking lot is a little far, but don't worry, it won't be full.

Not only the pillow but also the pillow cover smelled bad. It smells too old. The room was damp and musty.I put a bath towel on my pillow, sprinkled it with my perfume, and went to sleep, but it felt so gross that I couldn't fall asleep. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so you have to walk quite a bit. It can't be helped because there aren't many hotels nearby, but I don't think I'll come back again.

I think the amenities are quite complete and it's a good deal. It's far from Makuhari and Gyotoku, so if you're planning to visit for just a few days, it might be more convenient to rent your own car or rent a car.
