I made a reservation because the Korean staff was friendly, and even though there were not many people, they urged me to check in quickly while using the "unmanned check-in machine."Other staff were friendly.Other than that, I am satisfied overall.The rooms are clean, and there is a 200v charging outlet. Even if you forgot to bring 100v, you can rest assured.

First of all, the carpets inside the rooms need to be cleaned on a large scale, and the hygiene in the elevators and other areas seems to be really serious.In general, the sanitary conditions seemed to be serious.The advantage of this hotel is that you can freely bring amenities from the first floor, pajamas are provided, and the location is right near Nipponbashi Station, so it is very accessible to other tourist attractions.

The room was so small that I had to spread out my carrier bag in front of the bathroom door to organize it. The bathroom was also small and the water in the bathtub didn't drain well, which was really bad. Bathtub drain stopper? If I didn't stop it, the smell would come out. The very small refrigerator didn't cool down and I made a reservation because it seemed like it would be convenient to get to Dotonbori, but I don't plan on using this hotel next time I go to Osaka.

I have stayed there several timesThe hotel is located in the downtown area near Nihonbashi Station, so during the season when overseas tourists come, there can be long lines at check-in.Breakfast is on the 1st floor and is spacious, but there are many people.People lined up when it opened and when I went to pick it up, there were people lined up all the time.The buffet was good with a wide variety of items.The location is good, so you can go to Dotonbori immediately after eating.Anyway, there are a lot of tourists, but if you don't mind, it's a good hotel with good cost performance.When I went there, there were no noisy people and the room was quiet.The scenery was beautiful too.The smoking area is on the 1st floor

The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Dotonbori. There are convenience stores and restaurants everywhere, and transportation is convenient with Namba Station offering direct access to the airport. Overall, the experience was very good. We arrived at the hotel before the check-in time, but they stored our luggage for free so we could explore before checking in later in the evening. If you want to check in early, it costs 1,000 yen. The room was clean and comfortable, but I must say it’s a bit basic. If location is your top priority, this hotel will satisfy you, but if you have high expectations for the room itself, it might not be the best choice. Also, you can hear cars at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

3 people stayed.It is a small room with a double bed and a single bed attached, and a window and toilet on both sides, leaving no empty space. It was clean, and amenities were provided so you could take them on the first floor.Check-in/check-out was done through a kiosk, and when it rained, they provided free umbrella rental. Above all, it was nice that Dotonbori was just a matter of crossing the crosswalk.There were several convenience stores nearby and a subway station, so transportation was good.

The location is perfect for taking the Dotonbori cruise. The location is great, near Namba Dotonbori in Osaka.The quality of the room was very small, there was a red blood stain on the pillowcase, and the toilet had a strong fishy smell, typical of plastic dry toilets, throughout the stay.You can only watch regular cable broadcasts on TV.Water is not provided separately as an amenity.The staff are friendly.I don't know about breakfast because I haven't experienced it.Even if I decide to stay near Dotonbori in the future, I don't want to stay there again.

I was really upset with my experience. I understand that it was my fault for booking an “economy double room for 2 people,” assuming it would have double beds or be a larger room. As soon as I saw the room, I called the front desk to ask if there were any larger rooms or rooms with two beds available, offering to pay for an upgrade. The staff member was very kind and checked for me. She later called back to say that I could upgrade for ¥1000, which I was happy to do for a bigger room. She asked me to bring all my bags down to the front desk.After waiting more than 15 minutes, she came out and told me that someone had just booked the room online. Seriously? She knew I wanted the room but didn't hold it for me? Please train your staff better. If they can't hold or reserve a room for a guest, don't make us go through extra effort only to say sorry afterward. I don't need an apology; after a long flight, I just need a room that fits my friend and me. We 're not oversized, but this room clearly shouldn't be advertised for two people. It's even smaller than APA hotel rooms. I've never been upset with service in Japan until now, but this hotel and its staff were very disappointing.I was really disappointed with this experience. We booked months ago so the price was lower than advertised. We have stayed a Fresa Sotetsu hotels that are primarily business hotels. This is tourist hotel with almost 700 rooms serving bus loads of tourists and this influences the overall character. The morning breakfast for 1400 yen is a bargain.Th rooms are clean and well maintained as are all areas of the hotel.

It is very close to Dotonbori, making it great for walking. However, the building is old and the soundproofing is poor, so you can hear snoring from the next room, and the outside noise is loud in the early morning. However, the location is so good that any shortcomings are covered.

The scale is quite large. Since it was a single room, the room was a bit small, but there were no inconveniences. There are staff who can speak Korean and are very helpful in many ways. The breakfast is clean and good for a quick breakfast. There are three washing machines on the second floor, and there are always many people during the hot summer.It is very accessible from Dotonbori, so it is good to come in and rest for a while after sightseeing.

Excellent location, but it is basically a hostel.Very close to Nippombashi station and is walkable to all the attractions in Osaka if you don't mind it being a hostel/motel.Please do not expect much, and like the other reviews, the whole place has a dark wet moldy vibe to it.You check in using the machines, so basically not much interaction with the staff is needed.For the price, I will choose to stay at a 'proper' hotel instead as it is not cheap as well.Rooms are dusty, has a smell, and has stains here and there.A lot of Koreans stay here and the staff can also speak Korean well, if that is what you need.
