I used it for my family's 60th birthday celebration. It was a stay that could only be described as the best. thank you.The accommodation, hot springs, rooms, food, and above all, the staff's service was wonderful. I have stayed at many accommodations during my travels, but I have never been treated so perfectly. I stayed with 6 family members and everyone was impressed. On the day of the event, I suddenly told them, ``I would like to celebrate my 60th birthday,'' and they kindly agreed, and even gave me a surprise. Thank you very much for your help. I'm sure I'll come back again.Thank you! !

This was my second time using this service and I was very satisfied.Since it was my birthday, the attention to detail was wonderful.I've been to many expensive hot spring hotels, but this is my favorite.The staff, owner, and accommodation were perfect!I have fond memories of going to a rugby training camp at Sujiyu Onsen when I was a high school student, and it was a place full of nature and the quality of the hot springs was excellent.I will use them again.

Kokonoe, especially the Sujiyu Onsen area, has many hotels with good cost performance. After the end of the coronavirus, prices in the Kumamoto and Oita areas have become higher due to inbound demand, but even rooms with open-air baths are still available at reasonable prices.The guest room was a Japanese-Western style room with a sunroom with a massage chair and was spacious enough.The bath is semi-open-air and large enough for one person.Although it is not an open-air bath, there is also a family bath that can be reserved for private use.The food was also delicious. I was especially surprised by the shabu-shabu breakfast. It was probably the first thing I ate in the morning.The rice was delicious, but I think it was a little soft.The purpose was to enjoy the hot springs and relax and relieve the fatigue of the day, so I was able to fully enjoy it.

Is your room a sunroom with a massage chair? It was just too wide.I used this massage chair after taking a bath and it was very comfortable.Dinner was for everyone from 6pm.There were many elaborate dishes, but to be honest, I was disappointed that they didn't suit my taste.The hot springs were too hot to take a bath, so I turned on the water in the shower. I opened the window and took a semi-open-air bath, which was very comfortable.I went to the private bath twice, but I guess not many people used it. I put it in right away.I opened the large window and felt comfortable. It was also too hot to add water, so I added water.I was disappointed that there was only one hot spring egg left in the reviews, and it was not replenished after that. Looks like a smoked eggIt was very delicious.Breakfast was just freshly cooked rice and simple seasonings, and unlike dinner, it was very delicious!

The room was spacious and had a massage chair so I could relax!There were some customers using wheelchairs, so it seems that consideration has been given to making it barrier-free. By the way, the room I stayed in was the closest to the restaurant, but there were a few steps between the room entrance, open-air bath, and restaurant!You can take a bath in the open-air bath at any time, but is the source always boiling water? If you don't like hot food, we recommend adding water before entering!You can also use the private bath anytime if it is empty!There were 3 types of scrubs, and my skin was so smooth lolThe amenities in the room were also stylish!The meal consisted of rare and creative dishes such as eel sashimi, and even though the portions were a small plan, I was full🈵The staff was polite and took good care of the air conditioning, giving us great hospitality ❤️
