The lady boss is very nice and polite. The room is a traditional Japanese room, but it is very clean. You can experience traditional Japanese tatami accommodation, which feels like a Japanese hotel. Overall it's good, but there are still some shortcomings.Disadvantage 1. Because it is relatively remote, there are no businesses nearby. It is best to drive by yourself when eating or shopping. Free parking is provided.Disadvantage 2: Poor telecommunications reception, often no signal receivedDisadvantage 3: Because it is a bit hilly, the water pressure is relatively insufficientExcept for the above 3 points, everything else is very good. I really recommend this hotel.

I used it for an overnight stay on a trip to Kyushu.Although the building looks old, the rooms are very clean and you can tell that they have been carefully cleaned. When I entered the room, they prepared hot spring eggs for me, and they were melty and delicious. The hot spring was a semi-open-air rock bath built by my late father and a student, and it was very pleasant. There are insects, but no unpleasant insects come, so it doesn't bother me. Necessary items such as shampoo, body soap, and face wash were kept there. The meals included Bungo beef, chicken, and vegetable yakiniku, fried chicken and chicken wings, and grilled sweetfish and shrimp. It was very hearty and filled my stomach. The chicken yakiniku was particularly impressive. I was impressed with how fresh and the texture was.The landlady was very nice to talk to, and I felt at ease, like I was back at home. Considering my age, I think it's difficult for one person to run the business, but it's one of the inns that I hope will continue to run forever. I support you. Please let me use you again.

This inn is located on a hill in Yufuin and is run by the proprietress alone. The receptionist will call out to you inside the dining room. As everyone's comments have said, the building itself feels old, but the inside is clean. There are two private rock baths. It's a little hot, but you can adjust it by adding water. Dinner is sumptuous. We grill our own meat, sweetfish, shrimp, etc. on a charcoal grill. I also roasted a whole garlic clove before eating it. I think it's best for big eaters who eat a lot of rice. In the morning, you can wake up to the sound of wild birds and have a refreshing morning. Breakfast and rice were plentiful, so I didn't mind skipping lunch. It was a comfortable accommodation.

Warm and friendly, the room is large, the barbecue is rich, the hot spring house is large and has a view, the bedding and clothes are very clean, although it is a bit old, it is a great choice in terms of B&B level.

We visited on January 27, 2024, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the reception being open until 18:00 for dinner. Thank you for your warm welcome. As rumored, the food is very filling and very delicious😋. The bath was hot, but I adjusted it myself and it was very comfortable ❗️♨️ It was quiet and the stars were beautiful 🌟 so you can enjoy the atmosphere and I recommend it ❗️
