There is no other accommodation that is so generous. Great service for the price. I'm glad I went.An open-air bath with bamboo lanterns. It's the best.

I was very satisfied with everything. Each dish was delicious, and I was able to enjoy my meal very slowly in my private room. It was comfortable and there was no noise from outside. Above all, the customer service from the staff was good.

I booked a villa during the heatwave and visited.I was satisfied with the room, and the light from the bamboo lanterns that could be seen from the room when the sun went down was fantastic, so I turned off the lights in the room and opened the shoji screen.The hot water is quite warm, perhaps considering the summer.There is an ashtray outside so you can smoke.Dinner was a tomato sukiyaki course, but it seemed like the meat was all-you-can-eat, so if you got carried away and ordered more, you'd be in trouble later.I would like to add oolong tea to the drinks.I don't have any major complaints about this, but there are some things I noticed.I think it was a typo on the website when making a reservation, but it was introduced as a certain luxury inn.There are no floor plans, manuals, etc. in the room.It is unclear whether the free drinks available in some places are limited to one per person.There are no vending machines.What water do you use for SodaStream?However, if you look at past videos, it seems like it used to be only overnight stays, so I hope things will gradually become better.Customer service was very good.

On my first trip to Aso in a long time, I came across a ryokan that I was very satisfied with. The food was delicious and prepared using local ingredients. I was especially surprised by the free refills of meat for dinner. I was very satisfied.The customer service was very nice and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. When serving the food, the staff talked to us in a friendly manner and gave us information about the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. This is an inn I would like to stay at again.

Thank you for your help on our family trip.I was a little worried as the meal service had just resumed and there was almost no information, but I was very satisfied with the room, hot springs, food, and hospitality.The various trees are beautifully maintained and I would like to visit in different seasons.Due to the abundance of nature, it is difficult to recommend this season for those who are afraid of insects, but the detached room we stayed in was fully stocked with insect repellent supplies.

There is no food provided, so you have to go outside to eat, but the open air in the room is spacious and comfortable. The spring quality is the best! However, it is expensive compared to the surrounding area. I think the cost performance is bad. I wish they would set it a little cheaper.

The open-air bath in the guest room is the best 😆The smell of sulfur fills the air, making you feel like you're in a hot spring. The temperature of the hot water was just right and we had a luxurious time as we could use it as much as we wanted 24 hours a day.The only drawback is that meals are not included.I have no choice but to buy food at a convenience store, but since there is only one microwave available for shared use, I wish each room had one.

The open-air bath in the guest room is wonderful. It may depend on the room, but there are trees planted around the bath, and the autumn leaves are beautiful this time of year.Since there is no food, the only time I meet the staff is at check-in, so the service is simple, but they are very kind.The location is on top of a mountain, and there is a supermarket and a convenience store about 10 minutes away by car, so we recommend purchasing there. Asahi Super Dry was also lined up in the vending machine inside the inn.Recommended for people who want to relax and be quiet.I was truly healed.
