There were only two adult rooms left, so I had to pay an additional 23,000 yen for bringing two children without an additional reservation. In effect, you paid twice the price. It was too expensive, so I asked for a reasonable extra charge, but they said I had to pay it in full and that they couldn't provide any additional services, including breakfast or bedding.I complained about the fact that there was no notice on the Agoda website about the hotel's rules regarding such expensive extra charges, but they told me to complain directly to Agoda. I've been to hundreds of places around the world, but this is the first time I've experienced such bad service and it could ruin a trip.------The only room available was for 2 adults, so we had to pay an additional 23,000 yen for our two preschool children. Quiet, there is a separate dining area, but it is reserved for room service (kaiseki), so you can enjoy it in privacy. Very refined food, private open-air bath (Magnolia Room), the right size for two. There are mainly Japanese staff only at the info desk, and room service is usually provided by foreign staff.Good accessibility to Yufuin’s main street, luggage storage available upon check-out (restaurant)

I stayed with my family with breakfast and dinner included! All hot springs are fed directly from the source, and if it's hot, you can adjust the temperature by turning on the water yourself. Especially in Yufuin, there are many hotels and inns that dilute the water with water from the beginning to a comfortable temperature, so I was very grateful to be able to enjoy the natural hot spring ingredients directly from the source. Although the rice was luxurious, it was plentiful and I was able to eat until the end without getting bored! The location is also great, as it's right in the middle of Yunotsubo Street, which stretches from the station to Lake Kinrinko, so you can leave your purchased souvenirs at the inn and explore!

This time I used it again for the first time in a year and a half. It was always the best service. It was easy to access and the hot springs were pleasant.(As expected, this is the best hot spring in Yufuin)It is a place where I would like to go to the hot springs again someday. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Personally, I love cats, so I was relieved to see the signboard cat. I'll come back later!
