It is built like a small hot spring inn and is a very comfortable place to spend your time.The hot spring is small but very good.The food is very delicious.The hot spring steamed eggs were also delicious.There is a drink bar, and the staff are polite and kind, so I have no complaints.I wonder if some people are concerned about the fact that you have to be careful about the steps in the room, bathroom, etc.

I was very satisfied with the view from the room, the location, the room facilities, and the all-you-can-drink eggs and beer! The bath was fed by natural hot spring water, and the view was great! !However, the customer service is frankly the worst!Even though the check-in time was announced, no one came out.When I went to the front desk, there was no one there. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and no feeling of being tired from the journey.I was told that if I needed to change the size of the yukata, please let me know.I am obviously tall, so wouldn't it be obvious from looking at the size M or L that it would be too small? I really don't have the heart to think ahead and think about the other person, or to serve them.They won't even carry your luggage. I went into the room and left saying I would bring tea and sweets, but they never brought any. There were 5 of us who ate there, so maybe it was semi-underground? I was told to go to the large hall, and when I went there at the scheduled time, the food was lined up and no one was there. There was a constant noise coming from the speakers.A staff member came about 15 minutes later and asked if anyone had come. When I was told that, it seemed like I didn't understand it at all.Seriously, the customer service is the worst. This should be corrected! !It's a shame because the facilities and other services are good! ! There is no future without humanity.I'm sorry, but I don't want to go here anymore. I came all the way to make my parents happy, but I was disappointed.

A day trip to the hot springs costs 1000 yen and takes 90 minutes. Day trips are available from 10:00 to 15:00. Supports payment via PayPay.This hot spring has the best view of Beppu from the open air. There is a sauna and cold bath, but the cold bath was a little lukewarm. Moreover, the water was not being circulated. I was looking for the sauna for half the time, but I was a little disappointed.The spring quality is good, but there is a bit of green moss on the edge of the bathtub, so I would like to scrub it thoroughly with a scrubbing brush when cleaning.

July 24th, my mother's birthday, for the first time in about 10 years.I stayed thereThe last time I stayed there was when I was in elementary school.I was happy to be able to drive my own car this time.When I entered the building through the entrance, I felt very nostalgic as it was back then.For dinner, I had a course of Kannawa's specialty Jigokumushi as the main course, and I was impressed by how wonderful all the dishes were as usual.In particular, the Kannawa specialty Jigokumushi was exquisite.Sashimi and high-quality fish such as grunt and striped horse mackerelI was very happy to receive it.After dinner, we drank draft beer in the lounge.When I stayed there when I was in elementary school, I couldn't drink, so I felt like I was an adult lolThis time I used both the room bath and the large public bath, but the room bath also had a stone bathtub.It was very goodI used the public bath around 2am, but the night view of Beppu and the steam were so spectacular that it soothed my soul.The hot water was very good, and the charcoal shampoo had a very nice scent.The breakfast is as luxurious as ever, and you can enjoy typical Japanese cuisine.Everything was really delicious, including Oita's famous ryukyu and hell steamed tofu.I especially liked the sea urchin and shiitake mushrooms.This is perfect to accompany rice and I bought it as a souvenir.And above all, I was truly impressed by the politeness of the staff's customer service.Thank you very much for your excellent customer service from check-in to check-out.When I stayed there when I was in elementary school, I was particularly impressed by the excellent customer service, so that was the main reason I wanted to stay there again.I was really satisfiedI would like to come stay again someday!The best inn that I can confidently recommend is Yukemuri no Sato Azumaya (^-^)

This is my third time visiting Beppu, and although it was a small inn, the staff's customer service was very good.☺️Thank you very much to the friendly female staff who took care of me at dinner and the staff who showed me around the room. Thank you ☺️ It was our first trip together as a couple in a long time, which also served as a celebration for my husband's retirement, but thanks to you, it was a very memorable trip.The food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast, but I regret that there was so much that I couldn't finish it all😔 I'm sorry, but I think I could have finished the meal if I had excluded the main dish, Jigokumushi. 🙏The steam rising from various places that I could see from the window made me realize that I had come to Beppu ☺️ The morning bath was also great because I could feel something out of the ordinary ☺️
