Used for day trips. The landlady tells me that I can take any bath anywhere. There are two open-air baths, but they are probably separated by gender. I accept your words and soak in the open-air bath at the temperature of your choice. It is a milky white, or rather blue, sulfate spring that sparkles in the sunlight. Although it was extremely hot, I was able to relax and soak in the shade provided by the trees in the garden.

One of the 88 hot springs in Kyushu!I visited for a day trip.It was within the restricted bathing time (11:00-15:00), but...Since it was closed the next day and the public bath was being drained and cleaned, we had the exclusive use of the private bath⤴️✨In a hot spring that flows directly from the sourceThe spring quality is clear and beautiful sulfate spring with a sulfur smell. There are quite a lot of hot spring flowersA lot of it accumulates in the bottom and corners of the hot water and sticks to the rock walls! The cloudy cobalt blue sulfur spring is exquisite 💡*It's so acidic that it hurts if you get hot water in your eyes.Kumamoto Prefecture doesn't have many sulfur springs, so I think it's very rare. Also, the color seems to change depending on the day...It seems like it changes depending on the conditions. The drop-in bathing fee is 600 yen.The temperature of the hot water was appropriate, but the source was hot. There was a cup left, so I guess you could drink the spring water, but I decided against it.The landlady, who loves to talk, has great taste😊💡It's enough to make up for the inconvenience of being a little far from town. This is a charming and quiet hot spring facility.
