The staff were all nice, but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in during my travels to 40 prefectures. The room is dirty and smells musty. The quality of both dinner and breakfast has gone down compared to before. No roast beef! No grilled local chicken! Steak meat is tough! Nakatsu fried chicken is cold and hard! Bungo beef curry 🍛 is a normal curry 🍛 Ryukyu bowl is nokke-don! What you put on it tastes bad! The rice tastes bad! French toast is hard! Although the price is reasonable, the overall taste is not good. Besides, the room is old! It's hard when you open the key! (You may not be able to open it if you are a small child.) The handle of the bathroom can be removed. If you are a smoker, the only smoking area is outside, which is a hassle! (Worst if it's raining) The rooftop open-air bath is separated by men and women as swimsuits are required, but since it's made of frosted glass, the only view you can see while soaking in the water is the sky! I have tried various all-you-can-eat options, but personally I thought the quality was low for the price. I can clearly say that this is not premium. If I were to stay here, I'd rather stay at a business hotel. It was a good learning experience! In the future, it seems like all-inclusive accommodations are becoming more popular and prices will rise even more. It's been a long time since I've been disappointed in a hotel. Is it difficult due to coronavirus and rising prices? It wasn't the smell of the hot spring ♨️, but the smell of mold and it was painful! Using this hotel made my trip to Oita, which I was looking forward to, a memorable one in a sense✨I will never come to Oita or stay at a hotel in this group again!

It's just terrible. The room smelled like mold and sewage! The food is mostly all-you-can-eat, with almost no local food, and no matter what you eat, it doesn't taste good. The rooftop open-air bath looked great in the photos, but in reality, all you could see from the bathtub was the sky because of the frosted glass. It seems like there used to be local food such as roast beef, Bungo beef curry, grilled local chicken, and Ryukyu bowl, but there was nothing here! The sushi ingredients are also at the level of a cheap buffet! Now, what does premium mean?It became a trip that felt more like an unpleasant resort than a hot spring resort. This is just my personal opinion, so if you don't go there thinking it's premium, it might just be okay.

Obviously the quality has dropped. Thank you for your help several times, but this will be the last time. It's better to spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

I took a relaxing hot spring bath. Driving 4 hours each way was really tiring.

I stayed there the other day. The wallpaper in the changing room of the public bath is old and poorly maintained. Korean customers have bad manners. Since I was sleeping at the entrance of the bathtub and couldn't get into the bathtub, I went to the observation bath on the 8th floor, but I guess the observation bath is not a hot spring. The steam bath and jacuzzi at Yume Tamateho next to the hotel were out of order and could not be used.

The room smells a little musty, but it's tolerable. It's lively as you can hear the thudding footsteps of children, perhaps because there's a zashiki warashi.Even when I was in the hot springs, the zashiki warashi were all over the place and it was fun. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket.I couldn't enjoy the hot springs because various things were out of order and because of the noise, there was a set time for the hot springs. There was a lot of food and it was fun. The taste is average, but the buffet is fun!

I used it on my first trip to Beppu.I place great importance on hot springs and food, so from that point of view I was very satisfied.First of all, we went for dinner buffet as soon as we arrived at the hotel, and we were surprised by the variety and variety of local cuisine. It was my first time to eat a buffet with so many varieties. Moreover, I felt that the quality of the food was very high.In the morning, I was able to eat luxurious meals such as seafood bowl and grilled fish. There are three hot springs: an open-air bath on the rooftop, a rock bath and sauna on the first floor, and a hot spring and sauna a short walk away.I went to all of them, and there was a T-shaped sauna that I saw for the first time at a hot spring just a short walk away, and it was great for a sauna as it had a large cold bath and an open-air bath. The rooftop open-air bath had a great view.We had a fun time enjoying the sandy footbath, kids corner, game center, and table tennis. The room seemed a little small. There is a large souvenir shop in the parking lot, so I was able to buy a lot of seasonings and other items.
