The room is clean and well-cleaned, making you feel at ease. 👍 I'm disappointed in the food, but I don't like it at all.

The detached rooms, which are reminiscent of an old folk house, are well-maintained and extremely comfortable. The hospitality of the people at the hostel is very good. There are four private baths, including an indoor bath for men and women, an open-air bath, and a room bath, so you can enjoy a relaxing bath without having to wait. The colorless, transparent and odorless hot water was a bit unsatisfactory. The food was okay and not bad.A short walk will lead you to a small hot spring town with communal hot springs.

The spacious rooms, attached open-air baths, 4 private baths, and large public baths were all clean, and I was soothed by the polite and kind customer service from the staff. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the arrangement and utensils were carefully arranged so it was a feast for the eyes.I have been to about 20 inns in Sujiyu Onsen so far, but I feel that Kiyasuya is the best. Above all, I was impressed that the host really loved the suji baths and told me that he wanted the suji baths to be more exciting, so please come and stay at the ryokan 〇〇 and 〇〇. Normally, I would not have recommended a rival inn, but I was so impressed by Kiyasuya's dedication that I am sure I will return to this inn again and again. If I had one wish, it would be perfect if there was a lotion lotion in the bathroom.

Located in the mountains of Kokonoe Town, each room has an open-air bath and a garden full of nature, so you can hear the chirping of birds and insects, and feel the breeze blowing through the forest, making your stay very comfortable. The dishes served at the restaurant in the separate building are carefully prepared using local produce, making the most of each ingredient, and are a feast for the eyes as well as the taste.

I guess it's because the meal starts at 18:00, but if you arrive after 17:00, you need to contact us, but we arrived around 17:30. Even though they were supposed to be busy before the meal, the customer service was courteous. The person who delivered the package first changed the size of the yukata and left it for me.meal. Seasonal things, seasonal things. I don't like wild vegetables or wild fish that have a strong habit, but I don't have any. It was delicious. It's delicious even when it's cold. The amount may be too much for some people.hot springI was told that the guest room bath was muddy because it was drawing in water from a mountain stream, but there was no problem. The temperature and amount of water are just right. I was also able to take a half-body bath. It was raining, but since we had a roof, we could enjoy the outdoors while soaking up the air. However, since the light is brightest above the bathtub, insects and mosquitoes come to bathe together. Even though they claim to have a continuous flow of water, some places sometimes reduce the amount of hot water during the night, but there is no problem with the amount of hot water either at night or in the morning. There is a downhill slope to the private bath outside, which is nice. The washing area in the guest room bath is outside, so if you don't like the cold, we recommend the large communal bath inside the hotel.I think the quality of the springs are all the same.room.The smell of the tatami was amazing. It was only one room, but there was a verandah, so you could relax. There is a pot of green tea and ice water, as well as a kettle. The washroom cup is a paper cup. There is no lotion, etc., and you have to bring the necessary toiletries from the drawer at the front desk. However, you don't need lotion, and the water temperature and quality are just right, so your skin won't feel dry. I applied lotion after taking a bath, and it didn't feel like it penetrated into my skin very well. You can experience the wonders of hot springs. The shampoos are from the Kumazasa series. It smells good and is refreshing.

It's my favorite inn and I've used it many times. There are things that you can see just because you have used it so many times.I used it this time to celebrate my birthday, but I was honestly surprised by the lack of hospitality. Even though I had told them in advance, there was no word of congratulations. Other accommodations I went to for the first time also offered services such as drink service and commemorative photos during meals. I've used it so many times, but it's a shame that there's nothing left. It's not that I want you to do anything, but I think it's a matter of feeling. I thought that was the spirit of hospitality.I think it can't be helped that accommodation rates are going up in this day and age, but the lotion that came with the room was gone, and the hot springs tend to dry out easily, so I was in trouble. If the price goes up and the cost is cut, I feel like we'll be losing money. From a customer's perspective, it's troublesome when something that's always been there is gone. I didn't know about it, so I didn't bring it with me.Even though I paid a high price and went there many times...I thought this might be the last time. It's a shame and I can't help it.
