room are nice but the service and the staff were disappointed.We were informed that check in time will be 8.30pm,and front desk will be close at 9pm.We noticed that we will come late,so we contacted to the hotel and inform them in adcanve of the issue.They reply as okay please drive safe and we dealed to put the key in the box and check in tomorrow.after our arrival, the staffs were still there and greeting us so we did the check in successfully. Unfortunately, bad thing occur. The staffs were introduce the facilities around us nicely. Suddenly , they told as we were late coming, there is a surcharge of that , 1100yen per head. I was shocked and frustrated by the staff . There was no penalty mentioned before as in the booking website or email or message informed in advance. Whats more drives your anger, is there one of a old man ( described as manager) ,he said he is already giving us discount for the late check in. It is ridiculous that late check in was being charged. I understood that there is a surcharge for late check out as the service and facilities were being used. The most furious point is that there were no black and white being informed and they just suddenly show up and charge is like a "seafood price" variable price. We were so insisted the charge is not reasonable , and the man explained to us that the price is already discounted for you. I was enraged and cannot accept. The hotel was not honest and their request is not reasonable. Be careful , if you want to have a stay in here. please bring more money as they will charge you in no way , be prepared for that. :(

I stayed in November 2023 and September 2024.Both rooms have a warm atmosphere and an open-air bath, so I was able to spend a relaxing time with my dog.At night, the entire grounds of the inn are lit up and are beautiful.The dog run is also made of artificial grass, so even if it gets wet from rain, you can run around without getting dirty.I would like to use it again when I go to Kumamoto.

We just have the breakfast but it was the best ever. The rice is super chewy and sweet! There’s private bath inside the room and staff are very polite and welcoming. 👍🏻👍🏻 for pet friendly as well.

The website says that dogs are welcome, but dogs are not allowed in restaurants. The room wasn't bad, but it felt a little dark. I would be happy if it could be dimmed. The food is delicious and the staff are kind. I'm a little nervous about the way I'm going. The parking lot in front of the front desk is not very wide, and the slope is steep, so vehicles with low vehicle height must be careful when driving. There are stairs leading up to the room, so if you have mobility issues, please let us know when making your reservation. We hope that this inn will continue to be a dog-friendly inn.

It was used by 3 people and 1 Mameshiba.The food was delicious, and the room had an open-air bath and an indoor bath.It would have been even better if the dog could also use the footbath.
