The scenery is beautiful and they hv 2 dogs in the hotel which is a big bonus for me. In addition, the hotel is dog friendly and provides cages for small to medium dog (idk abt the bigs dogs). To add on, they aldo hv dog showering amenities with shampoo and everything provided besides the towels. For their onsens, there are 6 private baths (they provide the occupied status of each). Each with a different style (e.g. some rocks, some laying down, some standing up). Just to take note, there is no shower in the hotel room as they expect you to go to the onsens for bathing. Dinner was incredible and all their sashimis and food were top quality. For breakfast, it is very light and many vegetables (to all the veg haters this will def not be for u). The futons will be ready made for you while you are hving dinner. Lastly, all the staff there is super nice and they make sure everything is perfect for you.

At the beginning, the waiters in the lobby were all very nice, but the male waiter with glasses at the counter behind the counter. Advantages: 1. I like water. 2. Various family baths are available. 3. The food is delicious. Cons: 1. There is no coffee, ice cream, or anything else to eat after bathing in the hot springs. 2. I am disappointed that the staff were busy in the morning and were not able to serve the kind customers. 3. After checking out, the staff at the shuttle service took me to the bus stop with a look on their face (they were busy, so shouldn't I go alone?), and I put my baggage on the shuttle car and got off the bus, and then left without saying goodbye. I did. At other inns, I was impressed by the scene where people stayed at the bus stop and greeted each other until the bus left. I would like to use that inn next time. 4. There was no greeting from the staff as customers went. I travel to ryokans over 6 times a year and have never experienced such unfriendliness as Yamabiko. The young employees were kind during the meal. 5. The wife also agreed not to visit again.

The taste and quantity of the food, the hot springs, the open-air baths, the construction of the inn, the scenery, etc., make this a high-quality ryokan, and the price is reasonable, so I can highly recommend this service.If you're particular about the bathroom and dressing space, it's better to provide your own hair dryer and hair iron.

I stayed here with two friends.The customer service of all the staff, including the waitress, was very polite and made me feel very comfortable.In addition to the large public bath, there are 6 private baths. You don't need to make a reservation; you can come in when it's available.Meals will be served in a private room at the restaurant. The waiter explained each item one by one, and the food was delicious.You can walk around the hot spring town as soon as you step out of the back entrance.At night, you can see the night sky just outside the back entrance.

I brought my parents to stay here.😌♨️🍶Enter the dedicated entrance road from the main roadKurokawa Onsen is happy to have a spacious parking lot.The collaboration between an old mailbox and a thatched roof gate is also exciting⤴️The atmosphere is great as you cross the bridge from the entrance to the guest room side.There are also hot spring baths that are open for 24 hours.It's also nice to be able to check the availability of each private bath on the TV from your room.The signboard dogs En and Kuro are also clever and cute🐶personallyI wish the cushions and pillows were a little better.

I took a hermit bath with a bath ticket in the afternoon on a weekday.There was one customer in front of me, but I was able to leave right away, so after that I was alone.I was able to relax in the spacious open-air bath where I could feel the nature surrounded by greenery.It's also nice to look at the koi pond after taking a bath and wait for the sweat to subside.July 2024

It was really good! All the buildings were quaint and very emotional! I've been to the open-air bath, the indoor bath, and the family bath, and they're all clean and I love them all! I especially love the standing bath in the family bath! The customer service from the Nakai and all the staff was also very good! Hana-chan, the waitress in charge, was very responsive and I was able to relax comfortably! Everyone's smiles were so wonderful! The rice was delicious and great! Especially the chawanmushi and tempura were so delicious! I could eat that without limit (lol) This was an inn that made me want to stay longer, I don't want to go home yet, I want to come again. I regret not being able to open up to Kuro-chan (lol).This time it was a company trip, but next time I would like to go with my family and friends.I will go again! I will definitely go!

It was so quiet and the many baths were a good experience.I recommend experiencing both outdoor baths.It was convenient to be able to check whether the family bath was available in the room. It seemed that only a certain employee (Mika-san) could communicate in English. Meals served in private rooms allowed us to focus entirely on the meal.Thank you again to Mika-san for your kindness :)

Kurokawa Onsen had an image of luxury, but since it was reasonably priced and had good reviews, I decided to book a hot spring trip for three generations of my family.The parking lot faces a wide road on the opposite side of Kurokawa town, so we were able to park smoothly without having to go through narrow roads.When I entered the building, I saw the building straddling the river, and it had a very quaint and relaxing atmosphere.I was shown around the room by a young person, and it made me smile as he worked hard to explain things to me.I had planned to go to another ryokan for a hot spring tour before dinner, but since I didn't have much time, I decided to go to the private bath inside the ryokan...It's so easy to just go in if it's available without making a reservation, and there are many different types of private baths, so I could complete a tour of the baths just inside Yamabiko Ryokan (lol).I took a bath in the large public bath and the open-air bath, and as expected, the quality of the hot springs at Kurokawa Onsen is very good!Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and the portions were very satisfying!It was a great night listening to the sound of the river in the room.It was easy to access the town of Kurokawa Onsen, and I was able to visit various places as soon as I left the inn.I would like to use it again when I go on a hot spring trip. thank you very much!

I just came back from Kurokawa Onsen in May. After I booked the hotel, I saw many negative comments about the hotel and I wanted to regret canceling the reservation. Later, I comforted myself with Ah Q's spirit and spent my vacation. Who cares about his service attitude? But when we went to the site, not only was the service attitude good, but the many luggages we brought were also enthusiastically helped to arrange the rooms and provide detailed introductions to the dining services. Because I received such good service, I felt that I should also say a few good words for the hotel! The above is my personal experience for reference only.

This is the worst inn ever.Especially the customer service attitude. It was so bad that when I told the person in charge of the inn, he looked at me in an irritated and mocking manner and just said, ``Okay, I'll check,'' and didn't apologize at all. I felt very sick. I'll never forget it again. This is an inn I don't want to go to again.
