The room is big, clean and well air-conditionedThere is bottled water, beer and green tea in the room. Dinner is early, so you can prepare some midnight snacks.Although the hot spring is shared, it offers a bit of privacy and is very convenient for the whole family to use together. The waiters were kind and polite and introduced the whole process in English.Dinner was delicious and breakfast was super richThe location is in the hot spring street. If you are tired from walking, you can go back and take a rest.It takes about 10 minutes to go to Kim Phnom Lake. It is convenient to see the "morning mist" in the morning.

The room is large, the meals are very delicious, and the hot springs have two options: indoor and outdoor. Both experiences are great! It is very friendly to Taiwanese tourists who cannot speak Japanese. The decoration of the hotel is very retro and atmospheric, but it is a bit far from the station. It takes a while to carry luggage there.

The staff is nice~ At the end of the day, I asked if our family would take a photo at the door😂The location is great. It's actually quite quiet on the street.I had breakfast. It was rich and tasted good. The room is spacious and clean.Zhongsong beer is placed in the refrigerator (you can drink juice, plum wine, and sake in the lobby)There are two indoor and two outdoor hot springsYou can use one room as a family. It’s almost a semi-private spa concept.

I chose Ryochiku Ryokan because it is within walking distance of Yufuin Station and Lake Kinrin!!(It was about 15-20 minutes on foot from Yufuin Station with a suitcase, and about 15 minutes from the accommodation to Kinrin Lake, so it was great to walk back and forth while looking around the main street!!)Actually, I didn't expect much from the facilities, but the room was not as small as I thought for two people to stay, and in particular, it was a room with a small L-shaped private open-air bath on the first floor, so I went to the public bath just to have a look, but it was only in the private bath!!!!My husband doesn't like hot springs, so I had a good time by myself.I was worried because I didn't see any reviews on blogs or Google reviews about rooms with private baths, but I was so happy when I went and saw them haha (small and cozy private bath😚)It was a room with a private bath, so it was nice to have a shower inside the room. There are two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in each room.Even though it was a day when the outdoor temperature reached 30 degrees, it was so cold in the room that I went into the hot spring.I had high expectations because I heard it was a kaiseki restaurant, but the sashimi was really delicious and all the food was delicious without being salty!!!!The staff are all very friendly and the service is really great!! They cleaned the wheels of the suitcase and carried it to the room.I came in after eating kaiseki and they even set up the mat and blanket for me🫶🏻There were two water and two beers in the refrigerator, and they said they were free. And from around 9 or 9:30 in the evening, there was also a wine, sake, juice, and free bar in the lobby.

One stay, two meals booked on agodaThe room is very bigThis is my first time staying in this kind of Japanese and Western style room.It felt very fresh at firstBut slowly I started to find problemsThere is a toilet in the living room but no sinkThe bathroom in the bedroom area has a toilet and a sinkbut no bathroomYou have to go to the hot spring house to take a bath and soak in the hot spring.Maybe hot spring hotels are like this?a bit inconvenientThe hotel has four private hot spring roomsTwo indoor rooms and two outdoor roomsWhen taking a shower, the water temperature is either cold or hot, and it's not easy to control. The hot spring has a very comfortable temperatureIn terms of service, no one greeted me when I first entered the lobby.I waited for a while and felt it was amazingMaybe it's check-in time and the service staff should introduce the environment and room explanation to the guests! In terms of cleanliness, there is actually dust in many places in the room, which is quite obvious. The food supply is pretty goodThe location of the hotel is moderate, just halfway between the station and Jinlin Lake, about ten minutes' walk away.

I didn't feel bad about it, but I didn't feel particularly good about it either.I had high expectations because of the high reviews, but I was disappointed that it did not exceed my expectations. The exterior, lobby, and hallways have a Taisho era feel, and the atmosphere is very nice. The rooms had a modern feel and were relaxing. The delicious food was so plentiful that even a couple in their 20s would feel their stomachs bursting, so we were very satisfied.I'm sorry that there was so much rice, but I was thinking of leaving it, but someone suggested, "Would you like to have it as rice balls for tomorrow?" I'm very happy with this service!I received it while driving after checking out.The quality of the hot springs is really good! It felt good. However, as I said at the beginning, even with these things, I don't have any desire to come back.A foreign man took care of us when we checked in, but he was also in charge of serving the meals at the restaurant. This person is working hard and is also working hard on Japanese, so I have no complaints. However, there were only two other staff members I saw inside the building, including the restaurant. To my surprise, I couldn't see any other staff members. This man was the only one at check-in and check-out. This person also took a commemorative photo at the shoe store and in the lobby.I had heard that the proprietress was a specialty, so I was looking forward to seeing her, but I never got to see her. The proprietress of an inn is like the face of the inn...I understand that you are busy. However, after all, shouldn't you meet your customers face-to-face at some point during the day? That's what I thought as an amateur. This makes me feel like she's just the owner, not the landlady. If I couldn't see your face due to illness such as coronavirus, I apologize for leaving such a harsh comment. If that's the case, it makes sense that the staff is small. As stated above, I did not feel bad about the response, but it was difficult to put into words, so I will give this evaluation.

I was worried that the hot springs might not be appropriate since it was the end of March, but I was really impressed by the 24-hour hot springs!! The service was good, quiet, and the rooms were clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast. ^^
