On October 7th around 3pm, I went in to use the hot springs and paid to use them. In short, they say no and send you away without answering any questions. The employee. Hahaha, are you saying foreigners shouldn’t come?

My husband and I stayed here in May 2024. The hotel took the trouble to call us in advance to give us directions to the parking lot and to check if we had any food allergies. Thank you for your kind response. This time we stayed in a room called Gunjo in the annex, which was very nice with a single board counter next to the window. The food, dinner, and breakfast were all very delicious and satisfying! The hot springs are also amazing! The service provided by the staff is also ◎. I had a great time from start to finish. This is an inn that you would definitely want to stay at again! !

Rooms and inside are cleanA little flower is also very nice.Employees are very kindIt's good not to have slippersEven if the rooms are fully booked, the bath will not get too tight. The food is delicious tooI had heard about the check-out crowd, so I moved the time. However, I was slow in taking out my shoes when I left. Bad arrangements. It's not in order. Elderly people are slow to put on shoes, so I wish they would do something about it.Since I was paying a hefty price for my stay, I wanted them to stay attentive and provide good service until the end.

This is my favorite inn in Kurokawa Onsen. The rooms are nice, the food is delicious, and the service is good. The hot springs are good, there are private baths and open-air baths, and the inn has a nice view.

I visited Kurokawa on the Waku Waku hot spring tour booked through Klook. All hot springs open at 3pm, so I stopped by the tourist information center to buy some milk and take a break, but then I found out that Najoen, which was a hot spring right next door, was open.I entered right away to enjoy the hot springs even a little more!I was happy to be able to enjoy the hot springs in a secluded and almost private setting.I regret not being able to look around leisurely because I had to go on time for the tour departure time. If I visit Kurokawa again next time, this is a place I want to visit again!

I stopped by to take a bath, but the woman at the reception was the worst. It might have been different if I was staying overnight.Non-guests are prohibited from using elevators, etc.For various reasons, it seems like you don't want to stop by and take a bath. This time, I was with a few friends. For family overnight tripsI don't plan on using it here.

It was a quiet town with a beautiful hot spring. It was beautifully lit up at night, the staff was kind, and the kaiseki food was delicious. There are about three hot springs, and looking at the scenery from the open-air baths gave me peace of mind.If I have a chance, I would definitely like to visit again.
