Are you dissatisfied with the rooms and service? The premises are large and it is difficult to move around. We recommend that you come by car.

I used it for the first time on October 7th (overnight stay). Lunch at the cafe, dinner in the room, and breakfast were wonderful. (Pretty amazing! Top chef) What was even better was the hot spring in the room. I enjoyed it many times and felt good both physically and mentally.The important thing is that the pets (not so good??) were able to relax on the deck, but unfortunately the dog run in front of the room was crowded with people so it wasn't completely private. Also, is there any resistance to wood chips? I didn't play there at all, so I just went out and took a walk...that area was wasted and it was a bit complicated. But I made some good memories. Thank you very much♪

The experience here was good.However, perhaps because there were so many stray cats, my child was bitten by a bug (looks like a tick) while he was sleeping, and he brought it back into the car, where he was bitten again on the way home.When I got home, I took a shower and washed and dried my clothes, and the damage subsided for the time being, but it seems to be happening in various places, so I want to be careful.

It's fun to have so many different facilities. The day after taking a hot spring bath, your stomach and intestines will noticeably improve. The air is nice and it's a place where you can feel the power no matter when you go. I think it's pretty amazing how close it is.

It was my first time using it.We enjoyed the barbecue, hot springs, breakfast, and pool at the family suite log cottage.The room was clean, and the barbecue was well thought out, the ingredients were good, and it was delicious. I think that barbecue has a lot of good and bad ingredients, and both the seafood and meat were good.Breakfast was brought to my room like a lunch box, but I thought it would be light but ended up being quite full. The taste was also good.Even though it was summer vacation, the pool was fairly empty, and the chairs, floor, lockers, and showers were clean, didn't smell, and were comfortable.We also offer small leisure activities like chopping wood and a service where you can take home herbs.Most of the staff had nice smiles and were nice.The hot spring was very hot with slippery black water. lolIt's in the mountains, so of course there are insects and frogs! Insect repellent is a must. There were also stray cats and raccoons that came to pick up leftover food from people, but since it's a mountain, I guess it's only natural that there would be animals there as well.I think this can't be helped. The room was well-cleaned and clean, and the staff cleaned up the garbage from the barbecue without me even noticing, and the service was attentive.

Stayed for 2 nights at the hotel during Obon. In the morning, we played tennis and went to Tarzania on the premises, and in the afternoon we could relax at the pool.The room is definitely spacious. Dinner was both a buffet at MTC and a Japanese meal at Suishutei, both delicious and very good. Due to its location, it's not a tourist area, so the crowd is calm and the atmosphere is good.Next time, I would like to use BBQ at Terrace House again.

It is a comfortable glamping facility where dinner is barbecue and breakfast is boxed, so there is almost no need to clean up afterward. I thought about ordering extra food for dinner, but there was surprisingly a lot of food, and if you don't have a big boy in your family, there's no need to order extra. There are plenty of activities such as zip lines and pools, so you can enjoy the outdoors in just one night or two.

Since I can't sleep in a tent, I stayed in a bungalow. The air conditioning worked well and we had a very comfortable stay. The BBQ dinner was also delicious and very good. The breakfast salad dressing was very delicious. It was great to be able to sup in the pool.

I used Terrace House twice at ITS. Basically, it's a very good facility, but that's why I can't help but notice some disappointing points. I would like to write that out.・The taste of the food is not good. We had the BBQ and French course. The meat was so greasy that I didn't want to eat it halfway through. Something like breakfast pate has a subtle sweet-salty taste. The other dishes were also mediocre. My family and friends ended up eating better food at the chain restaurant we stopped at on the way home, which was a shame since food is a big part of traveling. The menu seems to remain the same throughout the year. Since I knew the taste of the first breakfast, I wasn't as excited about the second breakfast. I am satisfied with the buffet.・The streets are too dark at night. I went to the hot springs around 10pm, but it was so dark that I couldn't see the way. I walked while shining the light from my smartphone. I later realized that there was a light in the room and I was asked to use it, but I wanted an explanation.・There is no outlet next to the bed. Without an extension cord, I couldn't charge it while sleeping. When I looked under the bed, I found a broken electrical outlet, but I was also scared of leaving it there.- Dead insects are left behind. I think it can't be helped since we live in an environment with a lot of nature, but G's crushed corpse was left right in front of the front door. I thought I might step on it. Inside the room, there was a crushed corpse of an ant in the middle of the floor. Please check the noticeable areas.・Room service massage is not available. I stayed there twice and tried to use it both times, but the first time I was told the masseuse was unavailable, and the second time I was told they were full. It's best to make reservations well in advance.・Wi-Fi is weak and cuts out easily.・You use a key to enter Grand Vaux Spa Village, but it is connected to the outside via a different route, so anyone who knows the way can enter from the outside. What does the key mean?I've written about a lot of things, but as other people have raved about, you can basically spend a fulfilling time in a really nice facility. If you plan well, you can spend two whole days playing. Momiji no Yu was also my favorite spring quality of all the accommodations I've stayed at. The bathroom and toilet are also clean. The workshop instructor was friendly and fun, and the peanut butter I made was delicious and served at home, making it a great memory. You can also do the long zip slide for free, which is exhilarating and fun.We hope that we will improve the areas that can be improved and become a better facility.

Stay in a pet-friendly cottage.It is natural for dogs to sniff every corner of the room. There are a lot of spider webs and dust in the corners. I think it was still better since it was winter.It's no good even if you keep a kinchor.I can't use it even though I have a dog, and I don't want him to stay in the room when he might use it.Dinner is seafood hotpot.Gas stove and ingredients on a low table that the dog can reach.It's too dangerous to eat.I think this is a plan that anyone who owns a dog would never consider.Has it improved now?There were seafood hotpot ingredients in the refrigerator, but from the moment I entered the room, there was a fishy smell in the room.This is terrible for nearly 100,000 yen per night during the off-season.Speaking of Resol Forest, there is a new and beautiful campsite that you can see in the photo.Dogs are not allowed.There is also an additional charge for the large public bath.Usage time was also limited.I've been to various glamping facilities with my dog, but there's so much room for improvement!I also wonder about the curation site that introduces this place as a pet-friendly glamping facility.

The fun times pass quickly. night yogaIt was a fantastical world, relaxing on the grass, with candles on the grass, although they weren't real fires. The cocktail service was also well thought out (I had a mocktail) and it was a wonderful drink.
