It was my first time using this service, but I was able to spend a very satisfying and luxurious time. My family is also very happy. I would like to use it again.

As a Gloria Group hotel, there is a main building, an annex (with a hot spring bath flowing directly from each guest room), a hot spring (large public bath), a Tenku no Yu private bath, and a free relaxing space in the shared lobby with a draft beer server and coffee and soft drinks. During your stay, you can use both the private bath and the public bath 24 hours a day, which is a great service.Thankfully, I had a plan to stay overnight at the hot springs without meals (three buildings in a row) while commuting to work, but I was able to fully enjoy the quality of the hot springs in Kannawa, which I love, both in my guest room and in the private bath. Unfortunately, although I enjoyed the private baths ``Ten-no-yu'' and ``Sora-yu'', I ended up only using ``Kaede'' out of the other four baths. I could have used the steamed food from Jigokugama, but I was busy in the mornings and evenings while I was at work, so next time I would like to stay in the hot springs for several nights on my days off.As it is said to be an inn with a spectacular view, the scenery was amazing. The detached accommodation building, which touched the souls of guests, provided a space where guests could relax freely.

I have stayed here six times so far without meals. The quality of the hot spring water in the bath is good, and depending on the time of day, you can take your time in the large public bath. There is also a Jigokugama (Jigokugama) which is free of charge, so I enjoy using it as I enjoy bringing in my own ingredients and steaming them.As everyone has written, beer, juice, coffee, etc. are all you can drink at the rest area on the second floor of the main building. When I came here for the first time in a year, I was more concerned about the cleanliness of the room than before. There was a lot of hot water in the pot and it was dirty, and I was worried about the cup getting dirty. It's probably not the hotel's fault, but the TV alarm was set at 5:35 in the morning and it rang loudly and woke me up many times. I was trying to get a good night's sleep in the morning, but it was hard to wake up.Also, maybe it's just my imagination, but the futon in the room felt thinner than before, and my back hurt.It was a shame because I had come here because I loved it because there was something that I hadn't noticed before. My husband and I love to travel, so this was a good lesson for us to be more careful about the TV alarm every time from now on.Please note that there is no water in the room. There is a vending machine at the detached hell pot.I went with a friend and a couple in July 2024.The separate guest room has been beautifully renovated and was very comfortable!I feel like the futon was also fluffy. The hair dryer has become a Dyson✨The cleaners brought us things we had forgotten and we had a great time!It has become an inn that I would definitely want to visit again 😌

I stayed in a detached house for 2 nights.First of all, the indoor bath in the room was great. However, I am disappointed that the room was a little small and the futon I laid out myself was damp. The staff's response was good, but I was surprised that the woman at the reception didn't say anything when I went out the automatic exit door after checking out. There is no "thank you" either. The price is reasonable, so that's a plus point. Also, if you're heading to the hot spring town on foot from the annex, it's easier to go through the Jigokumushi facility as the road is less steep.
