very unpleasant checkin and out experiences, the self-service device just doesn't work and couldn't find a staff when stuck.reply to the reply: after 8:30pm is too late for staff to be around is really lame. I really don't think you should still call yourself a hotel, maybe hostel or airbnb might be a more suitable name for no staff after 8:30

It is near the seven major hot spring sightseeing spots. The room is comfortable and the service staff is friendly. They can speak Chinese and help us deal with the car. Thank you very much. We will stay another night if we have the opportunity.

When I met the service staff from the same hometown, I gave it five stars first. The parking lot and the room are spacious and suitable for self-driving families, and there is also a small bar.

There is also space for luggage under the cabinet.There is also a small refrigerator next to itOpen cabinets are great for arranging travel itemsYou can also collect them all at a glanceNext is the bath and toilet area, which is still very Japanese-style. The place is very nice and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. I wasn't able to get a reservation for the famous Hyotan Onsen but the staff went above and beyond to make a reservation for my family. I highly recommend this place! Will stay again. English friendly :)

We booked a room with 2 beds and 4 beds.We traveled with 2 families, 4 adults, 3 children.Arriving at the accommodation around 9:00 p.m., the hotel informed that children aged 6 years must be adults. Let us open another room. So we told 1 person to go sleep somewhere else.The hotel then chose 6 people to stay. We chose as the hotel said.1 person will drive to stay at another place. and already reservedWalkway from the parking lot There will be a lot of stairs. And there was no way to drag the bag, so I asked the male employee if I had a big bag. Is there any way to help us? Because there are many stairs And there is no way to drag luggage from the parking lot.The male employee replied: It's not his problem.As a result, we had to carry 6 large bags up to the accommodation ourselves.After finishing carrying our bags into the room ourselves So I opened the bag to separate out the belongings of 1 person who was going to sleep somewhere else.We saw that there were no pajamas in the room. Love everything here. Lovely minimal style room, bathroom is functional separate toilet, shower and basin. Comfy bed with nice garden view. Lcd projector TV is good. Breakfast is homemade scone with drip coffee and all is perfect. Staff can speak english very well and easy check out process. Free car parking.

Comfortable and innovative room.The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared delicious scones for breakfast (really the best I have ever eaten), the service staff were also very kind, and there were nostalgic pinball sodas to enjoy.The only drawback is that the parking lot is difficult to carry luggage, and the room uses a projector, and the projection effect is not very good.

A very new hotel, you can smell the wood fragrance.The room is very spacious and has a projection screen where you can watch YOUTUBE.For breakfast, I put sandwiches in the refrigerator the day before.The bathtub cannot be filled with water directly. You can only use the shower head to add water, which is a bit strange.The parking lot is gravel and the suitcase is not easy to pull.

The room was nice. There was a Taiwanese guy who could speak Chinese. However, we couldn’t read English and so we didn’t get breakfast the next day (we had to pick it up the night before). It was a pity. In addition, the location was not great. Many places had to walk for a while (floor Please note that the sound of walking on the floor is a bit loud)

I really like the room. It's a double bed. There's a corner for sipping tea in a Japanese style. There's a projector. When I came, they had a promotion to review and post on IG. Each person got a sweet soda-style water, a beautiful bottle design. At 8 p.m., there was a sandwich served as well. Cute and crunchy. The bathroom It's Japanese style. The water is strong and warm. The shower is very comfortable. The staff are lovely. There is a bar area next to the check in point.Update: Evening sandwich is breakfast today. When you wake up you can go into the microwave.Check out by yourself using the code received at check in.

I used the twin room for one night without meals.The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was also spacious!(The bathtub was also large, but there was no faucet to fill the water, so I couldn't soak in it.)There are beaded cushions and a stylish table, so you can enjoy drinking in the room while watching TV.(There is no convenience store near the inn, so I bought some at the 7-Eleven in Kannawa, but the inn has a bar menu and you can bring it into your room.)Breakfast also included a sandwich and drip coffee, so I was able to plan my day while relaxing in my room.I think this is a recommended inn for those who don't need excessive services and want a comfortable stay.Rental pajamas cost 500 yen, but the one-piece type was light and relaxing.I would like to use it again if I have a chance ⭐️
