Although reviews are divided, the hot water is very good for hot spring purposes, and the good point is that all 5 baths are reserved for private use, and 3 are open-air baths, and there are no time restrictions and you don't have to pay extra. I thought. The room I stayed in had a nice view of the steam and Beppu Bay.The food was also delicious. The hot spring water was drinkable, and after two days of bathing, my skin became smooth and the fine lines on my face became thinner, making me realize how good a real hot spring is.I think it's good for people who are looking for a real hot spring trip that is different from a hotel.

There have been many reviews that have given us the lowest ratings, and I believe this is the most dissatisfied facility I have ever stayed at, just like those people.Explanations that we didn't have any intention of communicating to us, the condition of the facility that made us worried about its earthquake resistance, a large number of ants wandering around in the room even in the middle of winter, an unpleasant smell from the bedding, and many other things... This happened a few years ago, and I tried not to write about it because if I wrote about it right after I used it, I'd be full of complaints and only bad comments, but when I looked at it for the first time in a while, it seemed like there were a lot of people who were displeased with it. I wrote it.I am surprised that there are people who rate this facility highly and that it is still in existence. It seems common sense that there are many things in this world that we cannot understand.

I used it for a night without meals. The private open-air bath was very pleasant.I heard that it's hot and makes your skin smooth, and doesn't contain any fresh water.(By the way, the bathroom in the room was no longer usable)The customer service was also kind and warm.

Since I could speak Japanese, there was no major difficulty in communicating, but people who have difficulty in Japanese may be a bit intimidated and have difficulty communicating. I made a reservation and was told to pay an additional 250 yen per person for a bathing fee, so I paid 500 yen. There is air conditioning/heating, but it doesn't seem to work well. It was very cold to sleep because there was no insulation.*There is an open-air bath, but it doesn't seem to be cleaned. The cleaning time is written as 10A.M-3P.M, but it floats like moss. It's fun to play while picking up moss with a bed. The shower door in the room didn't open, so I went to the bathroom and took a shower in the morning.I made a reservation here because other accommodations were full, but I understand why it was empty. I recommend paying 50,000 yen more and sleeping in another accommodation.

There is nothing better than hot water. There is nothing to rate about the bath, guest room, food, customer service, personality, etc.

I was a little worried because there were so many negative reviews, but after staying there I realized why the reviews were so low. I was disappointed in the one-sided explanation given to me as soon as I arrived. Also, I ordered two meals in the evening and breakfast, but most of the dishes were cold, although the soup and other dishes were naturally hot. For this price, I think there are accommodations with the best food, rooms, and service, so personally, I think I was disappointed.

A level where I can't even give a 1 (lol)It made me laugh.I have been to countless places such as inns, hotels, and guesthouses...The food was also poor. The room was also dirty and dusty. Overall unhygienic. There will be no second time.I was filled with regret, even though I had taken a loved one with me.

In the guest room, the wallpaper was peeling and there was dust everywhere, so it didn't seem like it had been cleaned.Although it is a hot spring inn, there is no towel drying facility. All baths are private baths, but shampoo and body soap are empty. All the food tastes cheap. The best part is that the rice is frozen and served half-thawed.It was a disappointing trip.
