Stayed here for the first time in 18 years. It has changed a lot and is definitely evolving with the times. I was truly satisfied with the ``Quiet Forest Inn.'' The room is way too big. Both the husband and wife and the foreign staff love to serve and seem to have a lot of fun. When I was confused about where to find the large open-air bath, the host not only showed me around, but also came along with me right away. It was a large private open-air bath. The food is also very delicious. I'm very satisfied.

In addition to the room baths, there are family baths, large baths, and more, so you won't be able to see them all in one night. Each bath has a different scenery and texture, giving you a luxurious feeling that makes you feel like you've been to several inns.Dinner is extremely delicious, with a variety of elaborate dishes, including local specialties such as horse sashimi and grilled beef on a ceramic platter. The breakfast was also colorful and delicious. In addition, there are many unique services such as sake being served next to the irori hearth, and if the weather is clear, stargazing parties are held on the deck at night. It was a wonderful inn where you could forget about time and spend a relaxing time in a rural village with an idyllic landscape.

The cost performance of the inns around this area may be the best in Japan. In the Kanto region, you can't reach this level without an extra 10,000 yen.

This is my second stay following last year. The owner and staff are friendly. The rooms are great, dinner and breakfast are delicious, and the hot spring water is good. You can also drink local sake for free in the evening.

I stayed with my mother. The separate room was wonderful and relaxing. The toilet smelled a little, but everything else was fine. All the staff were very nice and I had a good impression of them. It was truly a hideaway-like inn. I would definitely like to spend some time there again. The private bath is open 24 hours ⭕️.

The atmosphere was very nice and felt like I was at my grandma's house in the countryside. It was great to be able to drink sake while smelling the charcoal in the hearth. The room and open-air bath were nice, but I liked the retro feel of the indoor bath. The open-air bath is right next to the road, so I was worried about the noise of cars.I also like the verandah. The place to eat was really nice as it was a rice field next door, and the food was very delicious.
